Hello, I am Dr. Brueske! Originally from Oregons farm country, I received a bachelors degree in Health Science from Walla Walla University. Upon completion of my undergraduate studies, I moved to Southern California to attend Loma Linda University, School of Dentistry, and gained licensure in 2014. Along with graduate level course work and study, I was able to feed my passion of helping those in need, which I continue still today, by actively participating in several dental aid trips to Central America, South America and various regions of Africa.

Immediately upon graduation, to be closer to family and enjoy better weather, I began practicing in the Phoenix area. I remain an active member of the American Dental Association, Arizona Dental Association, and the Central Arizona Dental Society and attend the Western Regional and California Dental Conventions annually to ensure I am up-to-date on the latest new dental techniques and products. At Advanced Dentistry I strive to provide dentistry that patients need and desire through evidence-based treatment.

I am Dr Joe Mehranfar and a guest Implantologist at Advanced Dentistry. I received my MS degree in microbiology from Southern Illinois University. Then went on to get my doctorate from Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia followed by comprehensive implant training. Formerly, I was Adjunct Assistant Professor of Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Glendale and A. T. Still University School of Dentistry and Oral Health in Mesa. I was awarded Mastership from the American Academy of Implant Prosthodontics and have been a member of the Board of Directors of the American Academy of Implant Prosthodontics and have served as general chairperson of all annual meetings of the Academy since 2007 in Las Vegas, Phoenix, Mesa, Scottsdale, and Carefree.

Furthermore, I am is Chairperson-Elect of the implant division of the American Dental Education Association and a recipient of their Pierre Fauchard Award for excellence. I am also a member of the Board of Directors of the Central Arizona Dental Society. Additionally, I am director of dental implant education at the Brighterway Clinic in Phoenix, where I mentor residents from the Lutheran Medical Center of New York. I also direct live implant training at the clinic where clinicians from throughout the United States can obtain hands-on surgical training.

I am graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in finance and marketing. Then went to complete a doctorate in dental medicine from Midwestern University, ranking in the top 5% of my class. I also completed my Advanced Clinical General Dentistry residency with the US Air Force during my 9-year service with the military.

I also earned the American Society of Dental Anesthesiology-College of Sedation in Dentistry Master Certification. My post-graduate education has provided me additional training in the areas of IV sedation, oral surgery, dental implants, management of medically compromised patients, and the latest advances in dental technology. Additionally, I am a member of multiple professional societies, including the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Society of Anesthesia, and the American Dental Association.

Outside of the office I enjoy hiking, off-roading, and skiing. I am a Phoenix native and an avid Arizona State Sun Devil and Cardinals fan. Though I enjoy my hobbies and practice, my favorite time is spent with my wife, Lindsay, and daughter, Harper.

Welcome to Advanced Dentistry. I am a laser-certified dental hygienist and have worked in the valley for 15 years. I got my degree in Washington State as a periodontal and restorative hygienist and received several awards throughout my training period. Prior to this profession, I had received my bachelors in English Literature and Mathematics. Im passionate about the overall health and well-being of all my patients and love to utilize state-of-the-art equipment, such as digital X-Rays, VELscope, laser, intra-oral photographs etc, to provide the best dental care in the most comfortable environment. Your preventative care is my priority. Period. I spend time teaching my patients about prevention of gum disease, tooth decay, diagnoses and the maintenance of their oral health. Additionally, I am involved in smoking cessation and inform my patients of the adverse affects of smoking on oral and general health.

Aside from working at Advanced Dentistry and other clinics in the valley, I have years of international dental hygiene volunteer experience. I have worked in villages, orphanages and communities in developing countries where I trained dental office personnel and dental students about preventative care and how to incorporate dental hygiene in their daily regimen. I have also authored dental protocols to be implemented as part of a community outreach program. In 2014, I was honored to have won the Health Care Heroes award by Phoenix Business Journal for my endeavors as a dental hygienist.

I love my three adult children and my Havanese dog, Shona, who is also our offices mascot, and love cooking and baking for all my family and friends. I am lucky to have learned several languages and love getting to know different cultures across the globe.

Hello, my name is Briana Gonzalez. I was born and raised in Arizona. I attended Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, AZ where I studied hotel and restaurant management. Although, I do not work in the industry I got my degree in, being in the customer service industry has excelled what I bring to the dentistry world. It was in Flagstaff where I got my dog Tulip, a miniature poodle, who is now 11 years old. After I left Flagstaff I moved back down to the valley where I had my son whom I just adore. In my free time I do run an eyelash business so when I am not in the office I am usually still working. I do enjoy spending time outdoors and being with my family and friends. Being a part of dentistry has allowed me to grow a passion to be there for the patients, offering comfort and understanding when needed.

Since I was a child, I was always fascinated by healthcare and the dental field. I am passionate about dentistry and taking care of people. As the office manager of advanced dentistry, I always aim to ensure that our office and our patients develop secure and trusting relationship. I deeply care about our patients, and I will always do right by them!

Last year, I was given the opportunity to travel to a third world country for volunteer work at an orphanage. This was a life changing experience. It was so rewarding to be able to help teach these eager and adorable kids about the importance of their oral health.

Currently, I am a college student, getting my Bachelors degree in biology. Afterwards, I aim to either pursue a DDS or an MD. When Im not working or studying, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my dog, friends or family! And my biggest hobby is traveling!

Hi, my name is Celina Moreno. I am a dental assistant at Advanced Dentistry. I graduated from Carrington College as a Dental Assistant in May of 2018. I enjoy assisting patients in the process of obtaining the treatment they need and obtaining a healthy smile. The best part of my day is seeing patients leave our office feeling more confident and happy with their smile. I strive to make every patients experience a good one. I look forward to meeting you!

Outside of work, I like to spend time with my family and friends. I am the middle child with an older brother and a little brother who always keeps me busy and entertained. In my spare time, I also enjoy spending time outdoors. I like to go hiking and taking long walks with my dog Lisa.

Hi! Im Caitlin Jeffcoat, an intern here at Advanced Dentistry. The dental field is my passion, and I have aspired to become a dentist ever since having braces in my youth. As a child, I built such wonderful relationships with the staff of my dental office, which prompted me to want to create that same environment for others, in the future! Currently, I am finishing up the last semester of my bachelors degree in Biomedical Sciences, at Arizona State University. My upcoming summer will consist of studying for and taking the DAT, followed by dental school applications. I feel grateful to be submerged in the clinical setting at Advanced Dentistry, because I am constantly reminded that I made the correct career choice for me. Working under Brittany McLaughlin (DMD), Muneeza Khan (RDH), and Judy Gentry (DA) has helped me gain familiarity with dental terminology, instruments, and procedures. The staff at Advanced Dentistry are very educated, kind, and willing to help/teach me how to make sure my future patients are at ease at the dentist!
