Ever since he can remember, Dr. Shah has wanted to work in the healthcare field. He enjoys using his hands to complete various tasks, interacting directly with others, and being able to put a big smile on everyones face. Dentistry is the perfect lifelong career for his unique strengths and passions!
After attending Loyola University in Chicago, Dr. Shah pursued his dental doctorate at the University of New England. Today, he is Invisalign certified and a proud member of Spear Education, which helps him consistently keep up with continuing education opportunities, new techniques, and modern technologies in the dental field.
Dr. Shah recently got married in 2020. At home, some of his favorite hobbies include playing all kinds of sports, from football to basketball to tennis, pickleball, baseball, mixed martial arts, and more! Of course, most of his free time is spent with his family and friends. He also likes going to restaurants, playing board games, traveling, hiking in different cities and national parks, and being a BIG foodie. Hell eat just about anything and everything.
Dr. Bill Carini grew up in Milwaukee in a family with 5 children, and he entered into dentistry almost by accident, but he says its the best thing that ever happened to him. You can learn about Dr. Carinis interesting story and more by reading on below.
Dr. Carini actually started college as a Zoology major, and after his sophomore year, he found himself in a meeting with his counselor. She basically asked him what he liked, and when he said art and science, she said that dentistry would likely be a better fit than his current major. She was right on the money! Through a simple conversation that lasted less than five minutes he found his path in life and hasnt looked back since.
Dr. Carini attended the Marquette University School of Dentistry, earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery. Ever since graduating, he has taken countless hours of continuing education in order to refine his skillset and expand his scope of care. He has taken many courses dedicated to implant dentistry, attended various trainings with Spear Education, and recently trained to use Botox/dermal fillers with the Academy of Facial Esthetics. He is also a member of the Academy of Laser Dentistry, which helps him stay up-to-date with the latest technology so he can always provide the highest quality care.
Dr. Carini is married and has four children, as well as an attack dog named Lou Lou (who is a 6 pound Yorkie). Outside of work, he enjoys spending most of his free time with his family. On the weekends, youll likely find him on his boat called the Sea Ray, dining at a new restaurant, or traveling and going camping at places like Lake Winnebago and Riviera Maya.

Literally everyone is always so wonderful at ADTC. It is clear that they love what they do and they do it well as a result. If I had to single anyone out apart from the fabulous Dr. Carini and my hygienist Jaimie, it would have to be Erica at the front desk. Erica is the shining face of the company and her kind demeanor and funny jokes always make it a treat to visit ADTC. It's a shame I only go twice a year because Erica, and the rest of the staff at ADTC, are definitely people you could get along with outside of just a "standard dental visit!" I live in Cedarburg and still travel all the way down to Greenfield because the people and the service are simply just worth it to me. I have been a patient of Dr. Carini's practice for over 20 years and I only trust the ADTC staff to take care of me. He clearly selects the best talent to see his patients and Erica and Jaimie are perfect examples of this dedication to professionalism and quality service. 10 / 10, I would 100% recommend ADTC. - JtG

Had dental emergency, got me in same day! Thank God! I am terrified of dentists and was l actually shaking and in so much pain. They took extra steps with the ex-ray. When Dr. Carini came in he's was extra careful also. I felt comfortable enough to set up a dental plan to fix my teeth! I will recommend them to anyone looking for a gentle dentist. Everyone is so caring .

I was very impressed with advanced dental office. I was missing a tooth they got me in and did the job right away. The Office is impeccable and all of the staff there were very professional. I felt very comfortable with the dentist and the dental assistant that helped me out. I would definitely give this a five star and recommend it to anyone who's looking for a dentist.

This place is the absolute best! The doctors, staff, especially Melissa, is kind helpful and so smart! My cleaning was painless. I got a paraffin hand dip! Aromatherapy oils, and a massage chair. They literally were only missing Chamgpange and I would have sworn I was at a spa. Go to this place! You will not regret it. If your someone who hates the dentist like me- you won't anymore

Absolutely fantastic!! I live in KY and was visiting WI when I had a dental emergency. They took me in immediately and made me feel at ease right away. I have EXTREME anxiety with dentists and Dr. Shah and the entire staff made my experience great. I am literally going to be driving 500 miles for any appointments as they are now my primary dental provider!

So I was having a decent enough experience, until this happened. I had a cavity filled in a tooth, which was very painful throughout the procedure. At a teeth cleaning, deep decay was discovered underneath the cavity. The dentist said "oh...I don't like the look of this one" to the hygienist, which of course made me feel panicked. He said he could "try to do a filling," but that it most likely would need a crown and root canal. Then he said "man, I feel so bad when this happens." I went to another dentist, who moved around his schedule to get me in for an intensive cavity filling that was basically painless. The new dentist said that in no way would they recommend a crown/root canal at the point the tooth was at. Yes, you get cushy service at Advanced Dental. But I would rather have quality work done by a dentist who takes their time and is more attentive to providing exceptional care.
