I was really disappointed with the billing process. I had a procedure done in May and I received my final bill in November (6 months!). I think taking that long to process a simple procedure is unwarranted and unnecessary. In the event I need other work done I will go elsewhere.

My Experience getting my Wisdom teeth taken out was Awesome every staff member was nice and courteous. Big Thank you to Doctor Meyers by far the coolest Oral Surgeon ever Thank you so much and to all your staff. Highly Recommend for any dental work.

Unfortunately, whether is stress or the times some doctors/dentists have fogotten why they enter their profession. Lack of empathy, unwilling to share the procedure information and treatment options have become the standard.

Dr. Meyers is the best fun cool dentist who made me feel very comfortable and even called after I left to see how I was doing, he took his time and made sure I was good the whole time he worked on my mouth! Highly recommend Dr. Meyers

I had work done in February. I gave them all the information from two dental insurance companies I have, and paid them almost $1,100. They just sent me my first notice that I still owe them $175 for services not covered, and it's August 11th. They could not explain why this came 6 months later, but did offer an apology. I requested some reasonable consideration and was denied. If I don't pay this full amount, I'll surely go to collection. Beware of these people. They are either incompetent or unethical. Either way, I'll never go to them again!

I went in for a consultation; an appointment I made three months in advance. When I got there they rushed me into the room and said that they would start working on me immediately pulling my teeth and starting the implant procedure. I said what are you talking about? I'm only here for a consultation they let me sit in the room for 40 minutes until I finally just got up and left.

My husband and I were referred to Dr. Meyers for wisdom tooth extraction. We highly recommend Dr. Meyers! I had never been to a dentist or had any professional extractions so I was very nervous. He is definitely down to earth and very funny! He made me feel at ease about the procedure. When the time came for the extraction, I was surprised it was effortlessly painless!!!! His skills are amazing! I'm so happy we were referred over to Dr. Meyers! I've heard of so many bad stories of peoples wisdom tooth extractions so I was hoping for the worst and got the best outcome! I would have him do it all over again if I had to! Please seek out Dr. Meyers for a consultation!

This place feels like a meat grinder where good providers go to burn out and patients are barely acknowledged as people. My consultation appointment was extremely rushed, maybe all of three minutes long, and I was interrupted mid-sentence while explaining the details of what I was experiencing. Despite my level of pain, I was given an appointment three weeks later with zero advice on how to manage the pain in the meantime. I am autistic and disclosed this in my intake paperwork; when I'm in pain/tired I can be slower to process verbal info & reply, and there was zero sensitivity shown to my needs-- And based on the questions they asked it was clear they had not reviewed the paperwork that I spent 20 minutes completing ahead of time. I chose to cancel my scheduled procedure and went to another clinic for care.

Dentist was a nice guy...however the reason I went was not accomplished. It was a referral from my primary dentist for a specific issue, not a vague "what's going on". I really don't like making an appointment and waiting 3 months for no good reason except billable hours.

My daughter just had 4 wisdom teeth pulled on Monday (two were impacted). The staff really went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and help with her fear. After the consult with Dr. Meyer, I felt comfortable having him do this procedure on my baby girl. He even gave his cell number after the procedure in case we needed him. I will definitely be going back for my next child.

Christopher Meyers is the absolute best oral surgeon, and Melanie was a great assistant. I never thought having a tooth extracted could be so much fun! The tooth was out in 30 seconds and I was out of there.

Dr Meyers is good but make sure to ask them if there are any additional charges if they send your biopsy to a pathologist. No one informed me of this fee in advance even though I asked before my procedure and now I have $1050 bill! Tried to get some resolution and was basically told my problem!

Had an awful experience getting my wisdom teeth and some supernumerary teeth pulled a while ago, come to find out getting x-rays at a new dentist, one of my extra teeth is still there. You guys were paid to take it out and I suffered the pain, so what gives?

I had a wonderful experience at this office. The office staff was so helpful and empathetic to my severe tooth pain. Worked very hard to get me in to be seen same day. Dr. Warren did a great job and was willing to get me in so I did not have to go on vacation with sevete tooth pain.. saw me same day and completed root canal very quickly and hardly any discomfort. I am so very thankful to Dr. Warren and her staff!!!!
