I went to see Dr. Emily Chen at Advanced Dental Restorations because I had dentures that were ill-fitting and I wanted dentures that I could be proud of wearing. I felt pressured because I had a fifty year class reunion to attend in late May of 2022. The dentures I had were ill-fitting and I didn't have a great smile while wearing them. I had read some previous reviews of her patients and that made me feel comfortable enough to visit her office for a consultation about getting a new full upper denture. My first visit with Dr. Chen was in September of 2021. I have to admit that I was a little bit apprehensive, but I felt good that I could possibly get new dentures that I could be proud of wearing. Plus, Dr. Chen was very thorough in explaining the entire process and detailing how long it would take through each step in the process of getting a new upper denture. I've got to admit that it was a very long process and I didn't get the final product until mid -april 2022. I should note that this was due to several adjustments that needed to be made to ensure a proper fit. However, it was well worth the wait. These dentures fit beautifully and they look absolutely fantastic. I couldn't be prouder of the finished product. I've already gotten several compliments on my new smile. I had previously gone to a "local chain store of affordable dentures" for my current upper denture about three years ago. It was a process that really took only two appointments and 3 to 4 weeks later I received my finished product. When I compare the dentures from this chain store and the dentures that I received from Dr. Emily Chen at Advanced Dental Restorations, there's absolutely no comparison between the two. My new dentures look more like my natural teeth. The others looked like "baby teeth" and unnatural. Yes, the dentures you get will likely cost more than double of those from Affordable Dentures and Implants. However, what price would you put on having regaining a truly beautiful smile again. I'll forever be grateful to Dr. Chen for giving me back my smile. That's something you just can't put a price on.

First time in my life that I am not scared any more to see the dentist! Dr. Emily Chen is the first dentist who really examined my whole mouth and checked each and every single tooth. When I went to see Dr. Chen almost a year ago, I had so many issues with my teeth. Dr. Chen proceeded step by step to deal with each tooth, and I am still in the process of rectifying years of neglect - due mostly to me being scared to visit the dentist, and not having found one who could allay all my fears. None of the other dentists I've had before would examine all my teeth - they would just address the issue at hand - but Dr. Chen really takes care of every single tooth! What I also like is that Dr. Chen does not have assistants - she is the only one who takes care of everything. I used to get nervous when assistants would come in instead of the dentist - and with Dr. Chen I do not have to worry about that at all! Dr. Chen stays with me the whole time! Another plus is that Dr. Chen does not see other patients while she is with you - so you have her whole attention - and this reassures me a lot as I know I do not have to wait for long and do not have to be by myself while the dentist finishes up with other patients (which used to be the case with other dentists). Dr. Chen is very professional, friendly and caring - without her, I would probably still be struggling with lots of dental troubles. You can see how much she loves her work and cares for her patients. This is the first time in my life that I've kept all my dental appointments, including the regular cleanings - and all this is because I have been able to overcome my fear of the dentist due to the care and kindness of Dr. Chen. I have referred my husband to Dr. Chen and would refer anybody else seeking a great and caring dentist! Thank you very much Dr. Chen. I am very grateful to you!!!

My 13 year old daughter had was congeniality missing two of her incisors. Dr Chen was able to do a Maryland Bridge on both teeth and they are perfect. I cannot say enough kind words about Dr Chen. She was amazing with my daughter and did a fabulous job. Do not hesitate to use her for any of your dental needs. She is honestly the best!!

I saw Dr. Chen for a second opinion concerning replacement of a canine tooth I unfortunately lost due to trauma. I have an extremely high smile line and a lot of gum recession in the area, leading to a cosmetically challenging case. Following a discussion of my concerns, I received the most thorough and detailed evaluation I have ever received in my life. The head, neck and oral cancer screening was incredibly thorough. The number of measurements taken was a bit mind boggling, but definitely understandable due to the tooth to be replaced and the load it bears. I could sense how incredibly focused Dr. Chen remained during her evaluation, truly studying my teeth/bite and how they function. Following Dr. Chen's evaluation I was given three options. Each was explained in detail. The functionality, the pros and cons of each plan, which would be the least invasive, and of course which would be the most cosmetic. Dr. Chen listened to my wishes and my concerns. I left her office with the utmost confidence, knowing I will have my tooth replaced, and it will look cosmetically pleasing. If you are looking for a dentist that puts you first, listens and respects your choices on treatment, takes time and is not a corporate office, look no further.

Dr. Emily Chen helped me with a 2nd opinion consultation for a complicated dental case. She is very patient, knowledgeable and professional. She walked me through the options step by step with pros and cons. I can tell she truly cares about her patients. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Chen is an amazing prosthodontist. My husband and I are both patients and have been pleasantly surprised to find such a dedicated and talented prosthodontist after many years with another prosthodontist in metro Atlanta. She is kind, caring, creative, patient, and meticulous in ensuring her work is best in class. Her staff is professional and the best I have ever seen in a dental practice. We are fortunate to have been referred to such a knowledgeable professional! We highly recommend Dr. Chen!

Absolutely the BEST!! From my first phone call to the office to the completion of the procedure on my daughter (11 yrs old), the experience surpassed all expectations and we were treated like royalty. Dr. Emily Chen is amazing and a huge blessing. She gave my daughter back her smile. My daughters two front teeth were deformed and discolored and Dr. Chen created and formed two new teeth for her while in the chair. Dr. Chen's work is extraordinary...my daughters teeth look amazing!! Dr. Chen takes the time to explain every detail and answer every question. She took great care of my daughter, just as if it was her own child. Alicia the practice coordinator for Dr. Chen is also wonderful, kind, considerate, knowledgable, and a joy to work with. She went above and beyond. My daughters procedure took 3+ hours and I didn't even have to miss work, they had a little office for me to work in while I waited for my daughter. They have thought of everything! I should also mention since the procedure was done in June of 2021, and covid precautions were still in place, my daughter and I were the only patients in the office for the entire time of her procedure. We definitely felt special and were treated special every step of the process. I can't thank Dr. Chen and Alicia enough...truly grateful to both of them. Dr. Chen and her staff are awesome! I've had a great experience going to her office, which is a first for me and dental experiences. Both Dr. Chen and Alicia are friendly, accommodating, professional, and their work is outstanding. I would highly recommend anyone to give them a shot!

I have been searching for a prosthodontist that truly puts the care of patients first! I never thought that existed until I met Dr. Emily Chen of Advanced Dental Restoration - Woodstock, GA. I have a complicated case with compromised auto-immune health, and I really needed an extraordinary DMD, and Dr. Chen and her staff has met my expectations above and beyond. She is surrounded with a network of professionals that are not only qualified in their respective fields, but exhibit care for each patient's needs. I have been searching for a prosthodontist that truly puts the care of patients first! I never thought that existed until I met Dr. Emily Chen of Advanced Dental Restoration - Woodstock, GA. She has a strong network of specialists and referred me to an excellent Periodontist who took a thorough and urgent approach to my problems. Dr. Chen followed up on my treatment and care with every specialist she referred me to. If I had not seen Dr Chen for help, my prognosis would have been much worse. Dr. Chen and her staff are very caring and their professionalism is the highest I have experienced. Dr. Chen will research and discuss a patient's problem until she can find a solution. I highly recommend Dr. Chen and her staff for an dental issue you may have.
