Dr. Pickworth provides high quality and effective treatment with kindness, courtesy, and patience in a friendly environment. Our office offers general dentistry services, preventive dentistry, cosmetic and restorative care, as well as dental sleep medicine.
She is an active member of the American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental Association, Monmouth/Ocean County Dental Society, The American Sleep and Breathing Academy (ASBA), The New Jersey Sleep Society, and The American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine (ABDSM). Dr. Pickworth takes continuing education very seriously as it allows her to stay current with all the latest treatments and technologies.
Dr. Pickworth trained at The Royal London and St. Bartholomews School of Medicine and Dentistry and in 2000 was awarded a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (B.D.S.) in London, England. She then worked in a general dental practice for several years before moving to the United States. Dr. Pickworth attended The University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and obtained a D.M.D. degree in 2005. Dr. Pickworth practiced general dentistry in South Jerseyuntil she openedher own private practice, Advanced Dental of Holmdel, in 2017. She has been practicing general dentistry for over 20 years.
Dr. Rachel E. Pickworth is known for making sure that each patient feels comfortable in a warm and pleasant environment. Along with her great skill set and experience, she specializes in Sleep Medicine and makes it her utmost priority to ensure that the staff that works alongside her has the same goal in providing the best and the most compassionate patient care possible.
Dr. Amal Abdel-Razek received her DDS degree at College of Dental Medicine, Cairo University, where she also completed her general practice residency. She worked there as an assistant professor of endodontics after receiving both her masters and PhD degrees in Endodontics. Dr. Abdel-Razek practiced dentistry and endodontics in Cairo, Egypt for several years in private clinics. After moving to the USA, she received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Abdel-Razek is a member of the American Dental Association and New Jersey Dental Association.
Dr. Minel Simo earned her undergraduate B.S. degree in General Science from Pennsylvania State University, and her D.M.D from Rutgers University School of Dental Medicine.Dr. Simo completed postgraduate training in a Level-1 trauma center as a general practice resident at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. During her residency, shebecame proficient in all aspects of general and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Simo is an active member of The American Dental Association (ADA), New Jersey Dental Association (NJDA), and Middlesex County Dental Society (MCDS). Dr. Simo is dedicated to excellence, and is passionate about providing the best dental care. When Dr. Simo is not practicing dentistry, she enjoys spending time traveling, hiking, camping and skiing with her family and friend

Dr Kaldas is awesome! She makes you feel at ease and explains everything beforehand. She is patient and very thorough. I would recommend her to everyone!

Pleasant and highly professional staff members. They accommodated my request for appointment as I was in sever pain.Ms. Lynda was amazing and welcoming, Dr. Kaldas and her assistant Ms. G went above and beyond and stayed more time to get the treatment done. Dr. Kaldas was thorough and detailed when she explained the treatment plan and options I have. Her clinical skills were superb and was able to alleviate my anxiety to be on dentist chair. Wonderful team and professional!

This was my first visit as we recently moved to the area. I was very impressed with Dr. Pickworth and her staff. They are very thorough and professional. The office is beautiful and spotless. The detail and attention that I was given was remarkable. The chair massages you as procedures are performed. Clearly, Dr Pickworth loves her profession, the amount of time she spends with you and explains every detail is refreshing and wonderful. Highly recommend. Today saw Loreena the hygienist and she was fantastic. Gentle thorough and professional my teeth are looking great. What a great staff

My first time ar Advanced Dental of Holmdel was refreshingly amazing. Dr. Kaldas explained everything thoroughly and was very professional. I highly recommend anyone looking for a dentist to try Advanced Dental of Holmdel. The staff was also very helpful and extremely nice!

Had an excellent and pain free cleaning at Advanced Dental. Cleanings are usually painful and miserable experiences for me with some sensitive teeth but this was not the case, they were gentle but firm and very happy with results.
