My implant experience with Dr. Pottorff and the staff was amazing. I didn't suffer any bleeding and pain. I just did a check up, and everything was just perfect. I really appreciate.

I had an infected tooth that needed to be extracted and because I wanted an implant, my regular dentist referred me to Doctor Pottorff's practice. As I soon discovered, it was an excellent recommendation. The administrative staff are courteous and efficient. The dental staff are knowledgeable. Doctor Pottorff is very professional and explains each of the procedures he performs. I particularly liked that all the the pre and post procedures for the patient are written and explained by Doctor Pottorff. I had very little discomfort after the procedures. From start to finish it was a positive experience.

Very caring practice from receptionist to the doctor. Everyone makes you feel very comfortable. Would recommend this practice to anyone thinking of implants. Explanation of things very do an to earth.

I was impressed with the facility, office staff and Dr. Pottorff. They are a very organized, helpful and concerned about their patients. When I started the procedure I envisioned having a lot of pain during and after. There was very little and I needed very little pain medication. Glad I made the decision to have it done.

Dr. Pottorff and his professional and attentive assistants and office staff really go out of their way to make sure the patient gets the best possible dental and implant procedures, following up after each visit to check up on patient comfort and satisfaction, and accommodate patient scheduling of later visits. Insurance claims are handled adroitly, and the prices are competitive. Dr. Pottorff collaborates with each patient's dentist in the production and installation of every appliance and restoration.

I suffered a traumatic bike accident that fractured both of my front upper teeth. After healing from the other injuries and doing research, I decided to go with Advanced Dental (Dr Pottorff) to have the loose, fractured teeth replaced. I have nothing but praise for their procedure, and am very happy I chose Dr Pottorff. Surprisingly, it was much less discomfort than I anticipated, and at every step in the process which took 4 months, I felt very comfortable and informed. I couldn't be happier with my dental implants. I recommend Advanced Dental completely.

Dr. Pottorff and his staff at Advanced Dental and Implant Care, are all amazing. From start to finish, I was informed of every step that was going to happen and what I needed to do, to support their brilliant work. The treatment itself was executed so carefully, with such skill and efficiency, the process was almost painless. All I needed to do was follow their detailed instructions, and heal. My experience was positive. It was my introduction to implants and the thing I liked best was the full explanation of what would be done, what to expect, what my part would be, and how long to expect the process to take. The staff was on top of everything for each of my visits. When I called with a question someone did not know the answer to, she did not "punt". She had Dr. Pottorff call me back. It's a long road, but not difficult.

Dr. Pottorff made relief from pain I was experiencing his top priority. He scheduled an immediate appointment for me even tho it was his day off. He went out of his way to make me comfortable at my appointment and I have experienced no pain from three extractions. My wife highly recommended Dr. Pottorff to me and, as usual, she was right.

After a failed root canal, extraction and then failed bone graft, I had little options to fill the space where my molar should be. It was not the farthest tooth back so my options were to have a bridge or implant with a new bone graft. Obviously an implant is a better option for having a younger mouth. But the idea of having ANOTHER bone graft and then also having an implant placed at the same time WITHOUT sedation made me so terrified that I felt having a bridge would be the easiest and less scary option. My dentist encouraged me to meet with Dr. Pottorff to just review my options with him. I'm so thankful she pushed me to do that. Not only was the office staff friendly and welcoming but they were super calming. I felt confident after my evaluation that an implant with bone graft would be the best option-although still scary for me. The day of the graft and implant I was prescribed an oral medication to help with the jitters and I flew through the procedure wonderfully. No fear and no pain. My follow up appointments were just as great! The whole office and support staff and Dr. Pottorff are wonderful. I'm hoping I'll never have to see him again-Ha! But if I do, I will go in with full confidence of getting the best care available. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend. Thank you Dr. Pottorff!

This was my first experience with implants. Dr Pottorff was very thorough in explaining all my options and the benefits and drawbacks of each. Each procedure went smoothly and painlessly! Highly recommend this office.

Dr. Pottorff goes way beyond the level of patient care that I expected. Not enough that he has installed three painless implants, but he and his staff have provided caring and thorough follow up. The entire office is open to and available for any questions, concerns and advice. I feel safe, protected and very well cared for. I have had upper and lower implants from Dr. Pottorf and both procedures have been flawless. He changed my perception of implant surgery in a very good way. He is a professional, experienced, and gifted surgeon. Dr. Pottorf and his staff are also very likeable, which is important when you are a captive audience. :-)
