After graduating with a Bachelor of Science from Louisiana Tech University, Dr. Cummings received his DDS from The University of Tennessee College of Dentistry. He has continued to learn through his involvement in the Nashville dental community and is a proud member of the American Dental Association, the Tennessee Dental Association, the Nashville Dental Society and Volunteer Study Club.
Dr. Cummings was awarded the Certificate of Recognition from the Tennessee Dental Association for the most Continuing Education. He was chosen as Top Dentist by Nashville Lifestyles magazine and has been featured on local TV shows such as, More At Mid-Day, Talk of the Town, and Fox News segment.
