Our general family dental practices have been located on Germantown Ave in the peaceful East Mount Airy neighborhood of Philadelphia and Perkasie in Buck county off route 309. This is one of the oldest dental offices in this neighborhood; however, it is equipped with the latest up-to-date clinical equipment and experienced young staff just like a modern dental clinic.

Graduated with Summa Cum Laude honors from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.He is also a recipient of the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU) Award,making him a member of the National Dental Honors Society. Since earning a Degree in Doctor of Dental Medicine from Tufts University, Dr.Keyur Patoliya has been increasingly involved with practicing advanced dentistry and in continuing education to ensure he is utilizing the most innovative and safest techniques for his patients. Dr. Patoliya s clinical experience, along with his successful completion of over 400 hours of continuing education courses and seminars in just 4 years to allow him to provide the most comprehensive and progressive dental care in fields such as Restorative, family, Cosmetic, Invisalign and Implant Dentistry.
Dr.Patoliya maintains active membership with Academy of General Dentistry(AGD),International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), Mont Bucks Dental Society, PA Dental Association and American Dental Association. He has earned fellowship in ICOI.
Dr. Patoliyas mission has always been to create a skilled team of dentists, clinical and administrative staff that are educated, on the advancements in the dental field, caring for the oral health of the community, and diligent in working closely with you to understand your dental needs and fulfill them while providing exception dental care and service. Dr. Patoliya has a wide range of experience in different areas of dentistry, from cosmetic and restorative dentistry to oral surgery, implant and root canal treatments. He places a strong emphasis on patient comfort and keeps up to date with the latest advancements in dentistry, enabling him to provide his patients with the same quality dental care. He has 10 years of experience treating all ages of patient for variety of procedures including full mouth rehabilitation for both cosmetic and functional reasons.
Dr. Radha Amin is the newest dentist to join our group. She graduated from Temple Kornberg School of Dentistry and finished her undergraduate studies at New York University. She is ambitious as well as dedicated in taking care of her patients and their oral hygiene. Because keeping up with the latest materials and advances in the field is very important to her, she is part of several organizations including ASDA, ADA and PDA.
Dr. Patel has been a practicing General dentistry since 2008. He was originally trained in India and earned her BDS degree at the Government dental college and hospital at Saurashtra University. He was also Member of the Indian Dental Association.
In USA, Dr. Patel Graduated with Honors from Kornberg school of dentistry at temple university. It's easy for me to communicate with everyone at ADD. They are patient with me while I ask my questions. They get me in the office quickly when needed. They are exceptional with children. I can't give enough stars for Dr. K and his entire team. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to the dentist and needed extensive work done. Dr. K immediately began making the plans to give me a beautiful smile, explaining every step of the process and making sure I understood. My procedure was complicated which was overwhelming for me but they were all so attentive and supportive, I actually felt relaxed once I was in the chair. In the end, I had almost no pain at all and my smile looks amazing. Advanced Dental Designs went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and completely erased any fears I had about the dentist.

I have always had a pleasant experience with the dentists and hygienists here. Andrew the hygienist was so sweet and made the experience even more calm and relaxing. A great environment and staff to visit twice a year!

I'm so glad I chose this dentist to go to. The staff and doctors are amazing! I scheduled an appointment to get some work done and was very nervous. As soon as I walked in they welcomed me and were very polite. Andrew was such a great help in talking me through the process and instantly took my anxiety away. I was in and out in no time thanks to everyone and the doctor!

This Dentist office is incredibly unprofessional. Right off the bat they spelled my name wrong, I know that's petty, but they didn't even care to ask when I made the appointment. Upon entering, the facility was very clean and seemed up to date on all technologies and equipment. Now, let's get into the actual cleaning. First red flag, I waited in the waiting room longer then I was in the actual chair. My cleaning lasted only 7 minutes!! Within these 7 minutes the following happened: assistant took bite wing X-rays, hygienist removed SOME of the plaque with a waterpik, brushed my teeth with the electric tooth polisher, then had me rinse with a small cup of mouthwash. That was it, the hygienist cut my gums to pieces with the waterpik, and seemed to struggle with the electric polisher. I had mentioned I had sensitivity towards cold and they still decided to used the ice cold waterpik. This was incredibly uncomfortable and painful. When they sat me up, I was shocked when they said I was done and asked me to schedule my 6 month cleaning. Never in my life have I ever walked out of dental cleaning feeling like I just brushed my teeth for an extra 5 minutes. I still had the gritty polish all in my mouth, they never flossed my feet, the dentist never came into check if I had gum issues, or decay, or cavities, etc. The list goes on and on of how unprofessional this experience was. I highly recommend not using this dentist...just terrible.

These ppl are the worst dentist and front desk management I have ever encountered in the many years of me working in the dentistry field. They are insensitive ppl ever . Your in pain and they won't pull your tooth unless you get a bone graft done . Which technically is just for them to get the cash. I don't want someone in my mouth if your don't care and are insensitive to my pain. SMH

I recently just got my fixed implant overdenture. I honestly couldn't be more happy with the work Dr. patoliya performed and having the option for Iv sedation just took the fear out of me. great team thank you!

I have had the pleasure of working there and being a patient. All of the doctors are fantastic, the dental assistants are amazing at their job. Had my wisdom teeth removed and the process was near painless. They answer all questions honestly and quickly. Never leaving this practice
