Summary: AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU CAN. These people way overcharged me for various services - did half my mouth for $1400, and then after I had paid, claimed I owed another $800 for the other side. After I caught them in an obvious lie (they literally tried to charge me twice for the same thing), they lowered it by $200. The service is awful and they're super shady. Avoid, avoid, avoid if you can!!!!

They canceled my appointment without telling me, and when I showed up they said they are looking for a new dentist but can't make new appointments at this time. The receptionist let me stand in 100 degree weather on the sidewalk while she talked on the phone for 5 minutes before opening the door, too. When I showed her my text message confirmation I had received for my appointment she didn't seem surprised or apologetic. I don't know what's going on with them, but I won't be going back.

First time visitor and let me tell you how happy I was that I went. I knew my oral wasn't in good condition but it turned out to be worst than I thought!!! They took care of the worst part on my first visit! I'm super grateful for Doctor Ma and her assistant!!! They were gentle and kept me informed about what they were doing the whole the process! I put my headphones on and let them get to work! Though the process was painful after the numbness wore off I'm glad that I decided to try this dental office! I've already recommended it to a few of my coworkers!!!

Employees were rude and unprofessional. My appt was changed twice by the office and when I got to the office on Monday morning I found that on Friday afternoon they had cancelled my appointment by leaving a voicemail. I never received the voicemail. The dentist requested that I find another dental office.

First time here By far the best Dental office that I've been too! Staff at front desk are amazing the young lady was very professional and helpful definitely set the vibe for the rest of the office , appointment was great!

Dr. Ma and her assistant were amazing. It was my first time here and they made me feel welcome and at ease. I didn't have to wait long and they were able to address all of my concerns in a single visit. I will definitely be back in 6 months for my next cleaning!

I've had some bad prior experiences with dentists but this group really knows what they're doing and they're doing it well! The staff is accommodating and kind. The dental professionals explain all of the procedures and walk through the costs with care. Very impressed and will recommend to all in the area!

I've been coming to this office for about 6 years or so and have never had a bad experience. It seems like the dentists and assistance care and provide important oral hygiene information. I recommend to others all the time.

Dr. Ma was very professional and provided an informative consultation. I appreciated her promptness to treat me and her commitment. The office clerks are very nice and courteous. I appreciated their professionalism to schedule me as soon as possible. The office hours suited my busy work schedule and it was a smooth process to register as a patient.

While the people there are "nice," the services and charges I received left me very disappointed. I was strongly recommended a procedure under pretenses that it would be very helpful and had to pay hundreds of dollars completely out of pocket only to find out afterwards that the medical evidence around the procedure was less than ideal. In addition, I kept getting mail about me owing even more money- when I called and emailed the office, I was told I had paid in full both verbally and in writing, but I keep getting mail asking for payment from their office!! I will not be returning to their location and would suggest getting a second opinion if recommended procedures that your insurance does not cover.

They have really great customer service and they get you in and out. I had a great experience today! I absolutely liked the new dental hygienist I saw today.
