University School of Dentistry where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree. He completed his residency in general dentistry at Sacred Heart Hospital. He resides in Allentown with his wife and three children.
Dr. Michele was born in Oahu, Hawaii and grew up on Long Island . She has worked in the dental field for over 30 years starting out as a dental assistant and working front desk while doing her undergraduate studies on Long Island. She then graduated from SUNY @ Farmingdale as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 1991 and went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from SUNY@ Buffalo in 1997. She completed her residency in general dentistry at Muhlenberg Hospital and decided to make Pennsylvania her home. She is a member of both the PDA and ADA. Dr Michele resides in Orefield with her husband and their 4 children.
Is a graduate of Northampton Community College earning her degree in Dental Hygiene in 1990. She has worked in private practice ever since and with the doctors at ADC since they started their careers. She loves educating and listening to her patients. She is a warm and caring person who truly loves what she does. When not at work she enjoys spending time outdoors with family, friends and her puppies She resides with her two children in Bethlehem.
Emily graduated Northampton Community College as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2015 . Emily enjoys what she does and it shows. She not only educates patients as to their dental health but has the ability to connect to every patient no matter what their age. In her free time she loves to learn new things and spend time with friends, family and her boyfriend. She resides in Northampton with her family.
Lissette graduated from Norhampton Community College in 1995 as a Registered Dental Hygienist. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Albright college in 2006. She has worked as a dental hygienist in private practice for over 25 years and joined ADC in 2012. Her caring, compassionate way is what keeps patients coming back. She is bilingual in Spanish. On her time away from the office, Lissette loves reading, attending concerts and theater productions and spending time with her family. She resides in Allentown with her daughter and husband.
Carol is often referred to as the glue that holds ADC together. She has been our office manager since 2008 although that title doesn't quite sum up all she does. Managing all of our schedules and dealing with insurance companies consumes most of her time. She is a true multitasker. She runs a tight ship and keeps us all in check. When she isn't in the office she is usually on a vacation visiting kids and grandkids in different parts of the country. She resides in Bethlehem with her husband.
Connie has worked alongside the doctors from the beginning. It is not unusual for patients to look for her when they come in. Her dedication and commitment to the office is to be commended. Her caring manner when treating patients is very comforting. She is in charge of all the ordering and keeps the office well stocked. When Connie is not is the office, she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family, especially her grandkids. She resides in Nazareth with her husband.
Susan has been a dental assistant for many years and has worked with the doctors since 1998. Susan helps out all throughout the office. She can be found answering phones, sterilizing instruments, and assisting the doctors. She is especially great with the kids and makes every visit for them a enjoyable one. When she is not in the office she is busy with her grandkids and various animals. She resides in Topton with her husband.
Emily graduated the dental assisting program at LCTI in 2018. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry, learning new things every day and talking with the patients. She helps out at the front desk as well. When she is not in the office she enjoys singing, and spending time with her family. She resides in Schnecksville with her family.

Love Dr. Mike and the staff at Advanced Dental Concepts. Lisette is great as a hygienist. Worth the drive for me.

Just updating this review! I'm changing my rating to 5 stars!! There was an issue in the past with masks not being worn correctly if at all, but I was just there today and everyone was wearing their mask properly. They are a very kind, patient, and helpful staff here. I hope I can continue coming here after I get my new insurance.

I highly recommend this dental practice. I had to have 3 cavities filled and was extremely nervous and anxious when I arrived. Natasha was compassionate and made sure I was comfortable and understood the procedure, as well as assuring me I could take breaks if needed. Dr. Mike was very nice and patient with me too and made sure I understood what he was doing. They both continued to check in with me throughout the procedure to make sure I was OK. I am so grateful for the patient and kind people that work here. Thank you!

Dr Mike and his staff are phenomenal. I had high anxiety when it came to the dentist. The staff is warm and understanding. They took their time with me and eased my fears. I've now been a patient at ADC for a few years and would recommend them to everyone

Doctor Michelle is the best last week I had to had a wisdom tooth pulled usually they need to put you to sleep for it not me I was so scared but her and her dental assistant like always made me feel so comfy I highly recommend her after many years of not the best dentist she's the best you feel like family !!!!!!! Ps no pain with the tooth being pulled my whole family goes here wich I didn't know I'll always be there patient I truly from bottom of my heart trust this dentist THE BEST IN Lehigh

I have been going to Dr. Michelle Algieri since she was a resident. My children are now grown. Their families go here as well. The facility is clean and organized. The staff, from front desk to hygenists are kind, knowledgable and pleasant. Dr. Michele is excellent and fun, caring and professional. This practice is more family and friends than doctor and patient. Dr. Michelle cannot ever retire! Period. Highly recommend.

My sister and I went to the dentist in December 2019 and when we went there it was clean and looked liked it just been done. We both had the same women and I can't remember her name and she was so nice she was talking about her twin brother and it was nice that I got to interact with her! I've been to two other dentists and they were rough on my teeth and stabbed me in the gums ALOT and this dentist she barely tapped my gums once and she was great!

I highly recommend this dental practice. Dr Mike and Dr Michelle are the best. I started going to them about 4 years ago. I had a dental issue that needed attention. Dr. Michelle collaborated with Dr Mike and between the 2 of them they took care of my issues. They both have great bedside manners and made me feel very comfortable. I have been going back ever since for regular visits. I was there about 2 weeks ago for a cleaning. Because of the virus, I was apprehensive and almost cancelled my appointment. I am glad I didn't. I was very impressed by their extra safety procedures and protocols that they have in place. Thanks for the great care.

Dr Pugeda is an awesome dentist, very down to earth. Easy to talk to, not trying to gouge you for money. He gives you different options that are affordable. His bedside manner is impeccable.
