She is Dr. Hayes wife and has been a part of our dental office since it first opened in 2004. Sally has more than 15 years of dental experience, and she is our Front Desk Superstar. She loves working with people and learning about them as our practice enhances their smiles. In addition to being our receptionist and a certified dental assistant, she also has certifications in coronal polishing and dental X-rays.

Holly has a wide range of experience in the dental field, having worked in family, pediatric, and periodontal dental offices in the past. She is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Dentistry and believes that good dental health is essential for optimal overall health. She is very grateful for the opportunity to work in such a state-of-the-art dental office alongside a fantastic team.

Holly takes a lot of pride in being a calming influence in our dental office and is great at soothing nervous patients. She always takes the time to listen to someones concerns so she can provide exactly what they need.

Kayla has been a part of the dental field for 9 years, and giving our patients a great experience and easing their anxiety are her top goals each time she steps into our office. In addition to being a certified hygienist, she also has dental assisting experience and can provide local anesthetic.

Laura is a relatively new member of our team, but she already loves the amazing people she works with every day. She attended Ivy Tech Community College for her education and has her Associates in Dental Assisting, as well as certifications in CPR and coronal polishing. Originally from Chesterton, she is married with four daughters. Her hobbies in her free time include staying active, doing yoga, drawing, and painting. Shes actually been involved in the medical field for over a decade so far and spent several years as an EMT and volunteer firefighter!

Allyssa has 2 years of experience in dentistry, and she likes how her job gives her a chance to meet and get to know new people in her community. To date, she is a certified EFDA and also has certifications in coronal polishing, CPR, and ICE.

Lisa joined our practice in 2020, and she brings 15 years of experience to our team. For her, the best part about her job is getting to work with such an amazing team every day. She is certified in dental assisting, dental X-rays, and CPR.

At home, she and her husband John stay very busy thanks to their 3 daughters and 2 stepchildren. During her free moments, youll find her walking her dogs, boating, fishing, or gardening. She has also started water skiing at age 52!

Ebelin is originally from Lake Station. Shes thrilled to be a new member of the ADC team every day is a fun, new learning experience! Eventually, shed like to go back to school to pursue a career as an equine dental technician.

Emilys hometown is Michigan City, Indiana. She completed her studies at Valparaiso University and recently joined our practice as a Front Desk Administrator and Hygiene Assistant. So far, her favorite part of her job is getting to work alongside her amazing coworkers!
