Great dental office! Team is very friendly and helpful. My mom broke her upper denture and Dr. Edwards did a great job repairing it same day. Highly recommend. Great dental team.

Scheduled appointment three months ago only to be told that they would not honor my insurance right before appointment. Called insurance and was told they had not received an inquiry.

Getting my tooth fixed at Advanced Dental Center was a great experience. They were very conscientious of making sure I was comfortable and satisfied. The dentist is very knowledgeable and definitely knows what he is doing. The prices were fair and the staff was super friendly. Highly recommend!

like their ad on KAHM they gave me my smile back, great staff both front office and techs(dentist aint bad either[LOL]) pleasant atmosphere, calming(for me at least), highly recommended.

Probably a very good dentist,but when it somes to repairing mini implants,,their,lab is horrible. Mine broke after 20 plus years. I was promised then new ones puld be exactly the same. So far from it its immeasurable. I bite my tongue, they make my mouth sore, so it's difficult to eat and the aesthetics are horrible. Have completely changed the look and shape of my mouth. When I tried to vet them to fix the problem he let me know how displeased he was in no uncertain terms and they turned out no better. Save your money and find a good denturist in Phoenix.

I had my teeth cleaned with the hygienist Penny, she was very friendly and made me feel comfortable in the chair all while being very professional. Looking forward to my next cleaning! Dr. Edwards did beautiful crowns on my front teeth, he explained everything that he was doing which put me at ease. The treatment was painless and he made sure I was 100% satisfied before putting my crowns on permanently. I love my new smile and how natural it looks! Thank you Dr. Edwards and team!

I was not impressed with the customer service, both on the phone and in person. I scheduled for a new patient exam and requested a cleaning the same day. When my exam was over, I was taken to check out so I questioned about my cleaning, and they said there wasn't a spot available and that i would have to reschedule for that. I was disappointed with the communication skills and the friendliness of the front office. They seemed to be more engaged in personal conversation than me, the patient. I may not return.

Literally the best dental care i have ever recieved!! if you want your children to have a great smile, you have to come here! i am super impressed with the staff and the service that they provide! i highly recommend this place!

Advanced Dental Center makes my day trips to the dentist the best days! The staff are always so helpful and I am always so pleased with the work they do! Even after moving from Prescott, I still make the trip down to see Dr. Edwards because of how happy I have been with his service!

I have been a patient at Advanced Dental Center for years, and very pleased with the practice all the way around. However, I was unpleasantly surprised when I went in for my routine cleaning and check up, and found that ALL of Dr Stouts staff were gone. The administration, assistants and my favorite hygienist. Which raised a red flag. I am a cash paying patient, and felt my cleaning wasn't as thorough as it should have been for the money I paid. Also, Dr Edwards recommended a lot of new treatment. I am consistent with my visits and have never been given such an extensive treatment plan. Over all, I felt this office is now more about money than quality patient care. I will be finding a new dentist!
