I have been with the dental office since October 2014. I went to Polaris Career Center for my assisting certification. I started out as an assistant and wanted to become more involved in personal care for patients so I became the office manager.
I have been with the dental office since 2003. I began as an assistant and went to school to become a hygienist and Im very passionate about my job. I have 3 children, two boys and a girl. We also have three dogs.
Oksana moved to the U.S. from Belarus when she was five years old. In 2005, she graduated from Cuyahoga Community College with a degree in dental hygiene. She then went on to complete a bachelors in biology in 2009. Oksana enjoys the field she works in and hopes to become a dentist in the future.
Julie has been at the front desk of Dr. Shtarkman's dental office since the dental office began in 2006 but has a total of 17 years experience in the dental field. Prior to working in dentistry, Julie had experience in sales and customer service working for such companies as the United States Steel Corporation and Fieldcrest Towels and Linens. In her words, the best part about working in the dental field is building relationships with the patients, many of whom have become friends, and knowing that no two days will be the same. Julie has been married for 37 years and has two daughters, both of whom, along with their husbands, live and work in the Cleveland area. After work, Julie enjoys power walking, gardening, reading and spending time with family and friends.
I have been with Advanced Dental Center since 2013. I attended dental assisting school at Normandy and pursued my career as an Expanded Function Dental Assistant at Case Western Reserve graduating in 2007. I love working and interacting with patients to improve their smile. I am knowledgeable and love assisting in the surgical part of placing implants. I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 10 years. I have two sons, Mason and Damian. They always keep me on my feet.
I have been a dental assistant with the dental office since December 2011. I also work as an important part of the dental implant team and am knowledgeable in all aspects of implant surgery. I graduated from the Normandy Dental Technologies program in 2011. I love interacting with all of our patients and enjoy learning from each interaction.

I would HIGHLY recommend this dentist ! Dr. Salib is highly skilled, very professional and very kind. I was very nervous about my procedure, thanks to some lousy experiences in my past with other dentists. But Dr. Salib was EXCELLENT ! I never thought a root canal would be that quick and easy ! Not kidding ! She's Amazing and I will be a permanent patient to her office in the future. Thank you Dr. Salib !

Fabulous staff!!! Dr. Shtarkman is absolutely incredible. I have always had a fear of going to a dentist from past bad experiences, but when I first walked into Dr. Shtarkman's office, he truly put me at ease. Been with him for many years now, and I am constantly referring him to coworkers, family and friends. A doctor who is available always for his patients. THE BEST!!!

Going to the dentist is probably the least thing I like to do but EVERYONE from the desk to the doctor at ADC makes this experience so much easier and comfortable. Their compassion and detail is second to none. You can actually feel they really care about you and what you are experiencing as you go through your procedure.

First time at the office. Had moved from out of state and needed a check up and cleaning. From the greeting to the cleaning to meeting Dr. Glenn and scheduling a crown the experience couldn't have been better. Special thanks to my dental hygienist who was so kind and thorough. Every time I visit this office I have a fantastic experience. Not only is everyone thoroughly professional and efficient they are also extremely kind! I highly recommend this dental practice. Every single person is kind, knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Glenn is an excellent dentist. He works quickly and efficiently and his demeanor puts me at ease.

I had a same day crown done at this office about 5 years ago. The process was quick, easy, painless and I left the same day with a beautiful new crown. I have had no issues since. I ended up needing another crown and couldn't remember the name of this office so I went to a nearby dentist with a fancy new office, unfortunately they didn't have the equipment to create the crown in house so they said it would be a two-part process. I would have to wear a temporary crown until the shiny new one came in. Even with the new crown, it never felt as smooth as the one I had from Advanced Dental. It also didn't look as nice not that anyone sees it, but it felt rough in contrast to the other. Fast forward only 3 years and that crown was lifting and causing sensitivity. Lucky for me, Advanced Dental Center reached out to me as a past client! My sub par crown was once again replaced by Advanced Dental with a shiny new one, IN HOUSE, and in less than 2 hours!! They were also very patient and ensured my comfort throughout. Don't be tricked into thinking the upscale, fancy offices are better. The dentists and their entire team are very professional, and have advanced techniques and equipment! Highly recommend!
