Have not had the cleaning or extraction work yet but loved my first appointment. The staff was super friendly and helpful and I loved the technology they had available to make the best treatment plan.

I had such a great experience here, start to finish! Bree was an absolute gem when it came to drawing my blood and assisting Dr. Thomas with my procedure! Dr. Thomas went above and beyond for my needs and made the process a breeze. Bree and Dr. Thomas make an amazing team! If I could give 10 more stars I would!

Our family really likes this office, and their staff. And for my wife and daughter, they have been provided excellent care, and they finally found the first dentist they actually like at this office. We also had a billing question about a claim submitted to our insurance company and they answer my questions very quickly to clear up any confusion.

I love advanced dental. The staff are very professional. Raven is truly one of the best there is. You won't be disappointed. Here it is 2022 and I still LOVE going to the dentist here at Advanced Dental. The office staff always greet you with a smile and make sure you know you are appreciated. So professional in their actions but you can just tell they love working here. I must again say how wonderful RAVEN is. She is probably the best hygienist I have ever been to. Dr Hess is a great dentist and his staff understands their clients. If you are looking for not just a dentist but the WHOLE package go to Advanced Dental. You WILL NOT be disappointed

Worst Dental experience ever! Saw Dr. Heed who advised therapy for my family, because my daughter sucked her thumb. Stephanie was the dental assistant who accommodated this pathetic situation. I have been to this practice before and saw Dr. Visel with no problems and a pleasant experience, I was supposed to see my trusted Doctor again, but they switched me to another. You will never have an Patient-client understanding under a practice this big! 1st trip I was happy, second visit never been let down so bad! My daughter is even emotionally distraught after the Dentist advised family counseling over her thumb sucking.

Normal 6 month check up. The staff is always polite and professional. Kasey is a great hygienist, does a great job and my mouth is never sore when I leave.

I went in for TMJ procedure which involved moving my jaw forward to be aligned which it's not still and replacing six teeth with crowns. This was done by Dr. Diesel which is very unprofessional. Swearing over me while performing this procedure, insulting a short coming I have as well as having to hear that because of my procedure he's backed up with clients. Not only now that I now have food getting stuck, poorly fitting crowns, dry mouth, my popping and clicking has not resolved, and six teeth ruined with crowns. I went back twice with no results. I've called countless times to see about getting my money back finally was answered by the financial advisor which he starts telling me his experience like it's anything compared to mine and how they went above and beyond which they did not as well as acting like a dental expert. He was supposed to call me back Friday and never did shocker there. I would advise people to not have any major operations done here. This has caused me more problems and still suffering with popping and clicking. I've spent thousands of dollars with below par dentistry. I sat in a chair for five hours with no outcome.

I came in and got my wisdom tooth pulled Thursday and another tooth that broke off in my gums. Dr. Abbas & Bri did an outstanding job making me comfortable as possible and insuring me I wouldn't feel anything but pressure! I recommend this dentist to EVERYONE! By far this is the best dentist I have been to in my life. Advance dental is wonderful thanks to Dr. Abbas and bri I feel 100% normal again after fighting with my wisdom tooth that kept me in so much pain for so long! If you're looking for a dentist look no further please go to advance dental and see Dr. Abbas for yourself trust me he's absolutely AMAZING!

I always have an awesome experience especially with Cassie who cleans my teeth she's super warm and our conversation are amazing she's fast and gentle and I wouldn't go anywhere else I'm glad to have found a dentist Dr Thedd ( please forgive me if I spelled his name wrong) but when u see him u want forget him great eye candy any whoo he will sit down and explain your treatment to you make sure u understand and he leaves u believing that he's gonna take care of you and he does

I just went for the first time yesterday and I loved it! I have panic disorder and don't do well in new places or places with loud noises. The staff here was incredibly patient and understanding with me. 10/10 will be my dentist office from now on!

I could tell from the moment that i walked in the doors that they took great pride in customer service, from the way they greeted you with a smile to how professional they carried out their duties!! My deep cleaning was taken care of by a nice lady named Raven, and she was amazing. Can't say enough good things about how she made me feel comfortable and at easy as i was receiving this procedure.
