Dr. Rosenberg believes that creating beautiful, healthy smiles is what makes modern dentistry so rewarding. As an Instructor at Tufts University, he feels fortunate to be able to bring these techniques to the next generation of dentists. Dr. Rosenberg believes that education is a lifelong responsibility to his patients and himself. He and his team meet that challenge through continuing dental education where they learn to deliver the highest quality care todays dentistry can provide.
Since moving to Florida in 2007, Dr. Rosenberg has been enjoying the sunshine and not missing the Boston winters and shoveling snow. He does; however, miss watching the Boston Sports teams on TV. He is thankful for internet sports subscriptions that keep him connected to his beloved Boston teams. GO BOSTON!!
When not working, he enjoys all outdoor activities with his wife, Kim and two daughters. He loves playing softball most Sunday mornings at a local pick-up game. Recently, he joined Title Boxing Club of Palm Beach Gardens and finds it a great way to burn calories and get in shape while having fun. Dr. Willoughby finds his true passion in working with patients to help them optimize their oral health and achieve a smile they love. Providing gentle, quality dental care he strives to treat his patients with the best techniques and most modern technology available. Dr. Willoughby is an avid learner who constantly pushes himself to advance his skills and knowledge through educational courses and clinical practice.
Originally from the area, Dr. Willoughby returned after going to school in Missouri. He enjoys the year-round outdoor lifestyle that Florida offers with interests in boating, diving, biking, and sports.
Outside the practice of dentistry, he likes to explore with his girlfriend Tara who is also a dentist, and their dog Marnie. He likes to spend time with family and friends, play music, and compete in sports. He looks forward to play with friends in recreational team sports in the area.
Dr. Maiwurm is a kind and gentle dentist who is loved by his patients. He graduated from the University of Minnesota Dental School in 1973. After serving as a dental officer for the US Navy and Public Health Service, he opened his private practice, making him one of the first treating dentists in Palm Beach Gardens.
He is a past President of the North Palm Beach Dental Society, President of Business Executives Inc., and for seven years, served as Chairman for the North Palm Beach Dental Quality Board. In addition, he has been both a member and an officer of many local civic and professional organizations.
He and his wife Judy reside in Palm Beach Gardens. They have a daughter Allyson and two grandsons who they love spending time with. Dr. Maiwurm's hobbies include fishing, golf, antique cars, and collecting sports memorabilia.
For more than 23 years, Kim has been the Business Manager for both the MA and FL Advanced Dental Care corporations. Kim primarily overseas the business management for the entire practice, including all of the marketing, accounting and Human Resources. While continuing her education in the coaching, marketing and accounting fields, Kim focuses on ensuring ADC maintains it's focus as a patient centered practice. Kim is involved in several charitable organizations around Palm Beach County and loves living in South Florida. There is not a winter that goes by that she misses shoveling snow! Kim enjoys all kinds of craft projects like knitting and needlepoint, but especially loves traveling and spending time with her husband, Jack, their two daughters and their adorable rescue dog, Lucy, #SecondChanceRescue. Their oldest daughter is now attending The Ohio State University, #GoBuckeyes, #O-H-I-O, and studying political science. Their younger daughter is now attending Dwyer High School and is an avid golfer, #GoPanthers!
Antonia is Dr Rosenbergs dental assistant. She is new to the dental field, but not to the dental world. She has many dentists in her family and she has always loved the idea of helping patients achieve a better smile. Antonia graduated in 2018 from Dental Assisting Academy of the Palm Beaches (DAA); and started her journey with Advanced Dental Care of PBG in January of 2019. Antonia has a young daughter (who just won the student of the Year for 2019 at her school) what an accomplishment! On the weekends they stay busy with lifes many adventures. They are very family oriented and love to have BBQs and family parties on the weekends. We are thrilled to have her on our team!
Our Dental Hygienist Kara Ann is a specialist in conservative periodontal therapy, skilled in the early detection of periodontal (gum) disease through the use of the latest technologies. She received her license as a Registered Dental Hygienist, at Palm Beach State College in 1996. Kara Ann is currently a member of the American Dental Hygienist Association and subscribes to the code of Ethics endorsed by this association. She regularly continues her education through both lectures and 'hands on' courses.
Beverley grew up in South Florida and has been practicing dental hygiene since 2001. She enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and inspiring them to see the importance of their oral health. She loves spending time with her family and immersing herself in things that feed her soul.
I graduated from Palm Beach State College in 2016 as President of my class. I am licensed in the state of Florida and certified to deliver local anesthetics. I enjoy volunteering and being a part of my community. On the weekends you can find me at the sandbar with my high school sweetheart, now husband, and our dog Mako.
Lena is a dental hygienist and a proud part of our team. She is a graduate of the School of Dental Medicine at St. Kiril and Methodius University, located in North Macedonia. In 2011, Lena moved to the United States to attend Palm Beach State College, where she graduated with her Dental Hygiene license. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family in her free time. When she isnt with her loved ones, Lena attends computer programming classes, one of many hobbies she pursues.

SHANNA IS ALWAYS WARM AND WELCOMING WHEN DISCUSSING FINANCIALS AND SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS. DR BLAKE IS REASSURING, CALM, PROFESSIONAL AND GENTLE WITH EVERY APPOINTMENT I HAVE HAD THUS FAR. Great experience here! They were able to get me in the morning after I asked to make my first appointment, and took me in as soon as I walked Into the office. 0 wait time. This is one of the most efficient doctors offices I've ever been to. The hygienist was respectful, experienced, and the doctor was very kind. I'll grateful to have found these folks.

Horrible experience! I'm a seasoned, knowledgeable healthcare executive and I would strongly recommend that you do not use this dental practice. You can absolutely find someone better.

Some additional detail for prospective patients of this practice. I would normally let this go, but given the offices attempt to mislead you I will clear things up. It took me three months to schedule my first appointment and when I showed up, they refused to treat me. I was told that I had significant periodontal disease and that there was nothing they could do for me and I needed to see a periodontist. I literally had to leave the dental office without any service is being performed. I then went to the periodontist they recommended and his response was... You really don't need me at this point as I only see a couple of areas that we need to watch. I then had to reschedule my initial appointment which took another few months. When I asked the periodontist why the dentist would tell me that he said well they were just trying to scare you. So I go back for my second appointment and this time they treat me but they tell me that rather than doing a standard cleaning that I needed to do a deep clean for $1000. I agreed to this even though it seemed inconsistent and fishy. I was then instructed by the periodontist to come back in exactly three months, not four, so they could reassess. That was the appointment that I canceled. What the dental practice is not telling you what the is that I canceled because I tested positive for Covid the night before. And the fact is, if I had simply disclosed that I had Covid they would've canceled my appointment anyway. When I spoke to them I reiterated the periodontist's specific instructions to be seen in three months and I was told that the earliest they could see me was in another three months. So when you review this nonsense response from the dental practice, please consider these facts. I should also point out that in the dental practices response to my initial review they openly acknowledged that they recorded my conversation with them over the telephone. In the state of Florida this is illegal, as it is a two party state. And now that they have publicly acknowledged that they recorded my conversation with them without my consent. I will now pursue appropriate action. So again, in my professional opinion, and feel free to check me out on LinkedIn, I would strongly recommend that you find a different dental practice.

Updated 6/25/22: Beware of billing. Shana will quote you a price, let you come in multiple times in between start to finish of work and never tell you she found out your claim is denied until it's time to pay at the day of final treatment. This happened to me and when I asked her why she was just telling me if she'd been having conversations, she gave me a dumb look with no good explanation. I'm not used to dealing with offices that perform through smoke and mirrors. I'm used to the dentist office confirming first (which she claimed she'd done). I totally would've held off on the non-emergency portion of my work until a later date. Totally disappointing as I truly wanted to make this my family's dentist. I'm so thankful for Dr. Willoughby and the team of professionals at Advanced Dental Care. Dr. Willoughby is gentle, caring, and highly skilled. I was reluctant about having to try a new dentist (due to insurance) and thought I could never find one to meet my expectations. When faced with a dental emergency causing me major pain, I was forced to find a new dentist and decided to give Advanced Dental Care a try because of their fantastic reviews. I'm so glad I did . To add, the office is very clean and modern, and everyone is so friendly (especially Tory ). If you're looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend this one!

Advanced Dental Care is the place to go for your dental needs. I've received care there for a couple of years and the doctors are professional and kind. All the staff put you at ease which isn't easy since my husband and I have high anxiety about each and every visit. They take the fear in stride and help you through it. Drs Rosenberg and Willoughby are very personable and a dreaded dental visit turns out all right.

My X-rays were very painful. I have cuts in my mouth. And the girl that polished my teeth was terrible. She kept hurting my lip. The Dentist was very nice and did a great job. Staff needs training

I have generally been pleased with the work. My big issue has been billing. I was once billed $1,000 over what my in network insurance fee schedule. (I uncovered it.) Recently, I was assured by the front desk that a procedure was covered by the insurance company. No predetermination was done to determine how much, if any, coverage would be provided, prior to scheduling the work. You guessed it! The insurance company denied the work and the front desk tried to stick me with the bill.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Rosenberg and the staff. Very kind people who actually look out for the welfare of the patient, and not their profit margins. Great sound advice for necessary versus elective procedures--no high pressure sales tactics. When I needed a referral to a surgeon, they even called and scheduled the doctor appointment for me. If you need a dentist, then I strongly recommend that you give Advanced Dental Care a call.

Dr. Willoughby and his assistant Tori took such amazing care of my smile for me, on extremely short notice! Dr. Blake Willoughby is the best dentist I ever been in al my life, you will not feel his hand working on you, plus he is a greatest human being. I recommend Advance Dental Care 500% with my eyes closed.
