Dr. Arkady Naiman is a well-respected dentist with 25+ years of experience. He graduated from Boston University and joined Advanced Dental Care in 1995 to offer the highest quality dental care to patients in Plainville, Massachusetts. While he is an expert in all aspects of patient care, Dr. Naiman has a special interest in prosthodontics (crowns, bridges, dentures, implant dentistry and oral surgery). He enjoys a lot of the responsibilities that come from being a dentist and does his best to provide quality care to every treatment case he is given.
Ed joined the practice in February 2021 and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service to all our patients over the phone and in person here at Advanced Dental Care. He contributes to the success of the practice by handling the behind-the-scenes operations, keeping the schedule full and breaking down treatment plans in laymans terms so our patients can easily visualize their path to optimal oral health.
Instead of playing the same old elevator music, Ed elevates the mood and spirits of our patients with lively selections of upbeat music from talented local bands and top-notch national acts, such as Neighbor, Billy Strings, Joe Russos Almost Dead, and Max Creek.
Leslie is our talented dental hygienist and joined us in October 2020. She graduated with her associate degree in dental hygiene from the University of Vermont and has over 35 years of experience working in dentistry. She has excellent clinical skills, and her expertise in being gentle, yet thorough, is something our patients really appreciate. She enjoys being part of a practice that provides quality care in all phases of dentistry and strives to provide a great experience for all our patients.
She is an accomplished quilter, avid gardener, and proud mom to a wonderful daughter, who has raised two amazing teenage grandkids. She also loves the outdoors, especially the beaches at Cape Cod and Ogunquit.
Amy joined our team here at Advanced Dental Care in December 2021. She went to school to earn her CNA and completed 300 hours as an RYT. As an empathetic person, Amy has a gift for putting people at ease by making them feel heard and comfortable. She knows seeing the dentist is not everyones favorite place to be, which is why she does her best to ease our patients anxiety and ensure they have a positive experience from start to finish.
Her favorite part about working at the practice is the team. She enjoys working with Dr. Naiman and admires his holistic approach to patient care. His attention to detail also aligns with her own health care philosophy.
Amy is a proud mother of three brilliant children, Zoey, Alden and Owen, who are the light of her life. She is a certified yoga instructor, lover of live music and bookworm. She also loves a good TV show and flowers, lots of flowers.

I have been a patient at this small practice for a number of years now. Overall I am very satisfied by the great services I have received from Dr. Naiman and his staff members. Dr. Naiman is wonderful! He is knowledgeable, caring and trustworthy. His receptionist Ed is warm and welcoming. And his assistant is also caring and attentive to my needs. I highly recommend this dental group!

Went here for the first time today. I felt extremely uncomfortable. The Dr was asking if I was vaccinated what kind of vaccine I took and if i got covid after or before taking the vaccine. I was there to get my teeth looked at not to be invaded about my status on covid. If you're not comfortable working because of covid than stay home. Anyways I needed a root canal which I knew and he wanted me to come back the next day cause my insurance expires in a couple days which I was in no rush to get done and my insurance will renew automatically anyways so I'll still be covered eventually. When I told him I cant come back the next day because I had to work he told me being covered for $1500 of dental insurance is more important than going to work for a day and tried to pressure me in to getting it done a day later. I told him I'd be back another time and he basically got upset and walked away. His helper Amy was just weird as well. Ed who works at the front desk was extremely helpful and caring. Didnt pressure me into anything and went out of his way to make sure I knew everything that was going on. I cant say how his work is but after the experience I just had I won't be back.

I hate to leave bad reviews, but I was horrified on what I saw. The dentist chair I sat in was ripped up and to get to the other room staff would have to walk through the one I was sitting in. I did not see them change out gloves going in and out of the room. When he got to me he was wearing gloves and was touching stuff in the room before looking in my mouth. I really hoped he changed the gloves between patients. I will do be returning.

I am new to this area and am very happy with Dr. Naiman and his team! The hygienist is great. Leslie really does an accurate job and is very professional! So glad I found this gem!

I will never ever again go to this place or recommend Dr. Naiman to anybody. Also, they have a habit of deleting bad reviews. I know at least 3 others who have had a horrible experience. Overcharged for braces, he somehow claims he is able to even do braces when nowhere does it state orthodontist. And I never received retainers after getting my braces off which caused my teeth to shift. They do not communicate well and prior to Covid they barely ever wore masks while all up in your face. If I could give it 0 stars I would. He literally gave a friend mercury fillings and tried to say they were better for him when they specifically requested NOT to have that. Smh. I can't believe this place is still open.

I love the staff Ed is great and very accommodating. Amy is my girl we have great convo every time. And Dr. Naimen is an awesome dentist he's very professional and thorough. I have a fear of dentist and haven't been for quite some time. Now I recommend my whole family here because I'm so comfortable and the fear is gone. And my teeth look awesome too by the way.

For a cleaning this place is okay. But I got 3 veneers done in January of this year and had to get taken down 3 times because the dentist didn't close them properly and the food was getting in them causing cavities and a lot of sensitivity. I paid out of pocket because they told me insurance doesn't cover it. Cost $1,100 each and I had to go somewhere else to get them fixed. Called them and text them to get my money back because was a job not done properly and that caused a lot of issues and extra money and they never called me back with an answer. The dentist doesn't give you any instructions whatsoever and tries to take the blame off him. To top it off after I paid out of pocket he unlawfully charged my insurance for other things. I will give 0 stars if I could. Not recommend at all. The only good there is the guy he have in the front(secretary) and the lady that does the cleaning.

I had Dr Akady Naiman remove an impacted wisdom tooth as well as an implant done. I am happy with all of his work. He and his assistant are dedicated professionals. His office is very accommodating with appointments. My daughter and her husband are patients now as well. I would recommend him to anyone.

I have just move here to Plainville and needed a dentist. My bottom teeth are not even worth keepi the dentist didn't want to fix my gums on bottom but put a 700 dollar crown not done yet he had his two hands in my mouth for two hours then all of a sudden I had to sign a paper to get out of there. He has my bottom partial hostage so he make sure I pay. I told him first visit don't do anything my insurance won't pay. So after he did partial crown he tricked me into a 150 dollar fee I had to sign this is a broke tooth I've had for years and had not trouble. So he says I have to take mold of back tooth and crown so fine but he says he has to keep my bottom dentures and I know why so I'd pay his 150 fee for a crown in back of mouth. Meanwhile the bottom teeth I have are bad but he wants to make 700 bucks on me between insurance and my cash which I don't have because I'm on fixed income. I've spoke to dental professionals snd he needs to give me back my bottom plate which I haven't had for two months. I didn't want a crown that's in the back of my mouth when he won't even take care of teeth that I have in bottom . That's an insurance scam if I ever saw one and I'm going back to collect my bottom denture I don't even want his hands in my mouth. I've been told I can put in a dental grievance and if he doesn't give me back my bottom plate that's what I'll do. This whole thing causes anxiety I don't need I got enough other situations and I am so furious when I think about this it causes my mental health problems issues to come back just thinking of him. What's scam and I am going to call tomorrow and demand my plate back if he gives me static I'll have to call to make complaint and thank goodness I have my therapist spot tomorrow. I have no respect for this dental and will ask for my records and walk away with my teeth also

Have had a wonderful experience with Advanced Dental Care thus far. All the staff are incredibly friendly and professional. Leslie was so gentle yet incredibly thorough with my cleaning and took any sensitivities and concerns I had into account and answered all of my thousands of questions I had without any hesitation. 10/10! Glad I switched here. :)

I tell you.This is a professional well run shop. From office administration to dental assistant. Ed does a fab job of working with your insurance,getting you appointments as soon as possible. Kamera is a great dental assistant keeping you at ease making sure it is understood about the procedure. I couldn't really understand Dr Naiman at first. After speaking up I can tell you he really knows his stuff giving me much confidence.Those extractions went smoothly, painless. Good job Sir! I need to go back for teeth cleaning and whatnot after healing from the extractions. As the work continues I will update this review.
