Appointment met with minimal waits. Office staff is courteous and efficient. Hygienist are TOP SHELF. BEST IN THE BUSINESS. The Dentist has great Chair side manor? I think I am making up terms but she is wonderful and I am confident in her treatment plans. She knows her stuff

Honestly I absolutely loved the entire office. Karen, the dental assistant was absolutely phenomenal. I'm 38 weeks pregnant and they made me feel right at home. Dr. Norton was AWESOME. I ended up leaving with less work than I expected I needed. It was just a pleasant experience. I'd recommend anybody to this office.

I had extensive dental work completed by Dr. Norton within a month's time. The staff was always warm and courteous. Dr. Norton was thorough in explaining what procedures would occur during each visit. She frequently checked with me about how I was feeling throughout each procedure. Dr. Norton even emailed to check my healing progress after one procedure. I am very happy with the service I receive at Advanced Dental Care of Temple Terrace.

I booked for a consultation with my insurance company on the phone to explain my insurance plan and make sure everyone is on the same page - I was told it's all fine and okay. Then a day before my appointment, I call and find out that suddenly they have an office policy that I MUST be assigned to them and it's not as they said it would be weeks ago. If I knew that from the beginning, I would have gone elsewhere - I also don't understand how they can pick and choose which parts of the insurance plan they will do. I used this same option at another dentist provider without being assigned to them (quick consultation) and all was good.

Front desk very friendly. Whitney is amazing! Very caring and sweet! I was nervous and she made me feel comfortable. Dr. Herron is also very nice and caring. I can't say enough about this dentist. Thank you. I hope to be back soon for my treatment plan.

Everyone from the receptionists to the Hygenist to the Dentists are all wonderful and professional. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them to everyone!!!!!!!
