I love this dental office. The staff is so kind. Rickelle was such a great help with getting me an appointment that worked with my schedule. and From the moment you walk in you are greeted by kind faces, Cheryl is so welcoming. Valerie was so sweet, I highly recommend if you're looking for a great hygienist, and Dr Valadez is always so informing and nice. Then Lisa is honestly the best, just the sweetest lady. Highly recommend the office.

I have been going to ADC for a few years now and my experience is always a great one. I'm always greeted with a warm welcome and never have to wait long to be seen, if at all. The dental assistants are always so kind and make me feel so comfortable. Dr. Valadez is awesome and always helps me with my concerns and questions. Great office! I highly recommend!

Great, caring staff. I went for a routine cleaning after not visiting a dentist for way too long and Tyra was welcoming and dismissive of any anxiety I may have had. Big plus- I'm not a big talker. She didn't try to force conversation and, in turn, made me feel very comfortable and confident in her work.

Ok so, I went to see my new dentist and I loved that I was very well educated and felt very comfortable with everyone as soon as I walked in. I was greeted by sherill with a pleasant smile and I felt very welcomed. waiting time was so short. I was then greeted by Valerie who explained her title and then explained what my treatment would consist of, She then asked if I was comfortable and started her procedure. After my procedure I meet Dr Valdez whom was very friendly and he was able to do my fillings the same day.I was impressed by the way my numbing process was done because I didn't feel anything. I had a great experience from the moment I walked in till the time that I left. The staff was positive and made sure that I was completely satisfied with my experience and service. I highly recommend Advance Dental Care in Alice Texas

Absolute horrible experience, I've been taking my oldest there for 10 years and my last three kids needed to be seen by Dr. Martin instead of Dr. Valadez (to whom I prefer he's amazing and is thorough) but this Dr. Martin is unbelievably rude, with his smug remarks. He made me and my 5 year old uncomfortable from the start. Then when I asked to see pictures of where the concerns were he acted as though he had to go out of his way to show me. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional, never in my life have I had an experience like this. I wouldn't recommend this man to anybody unless you enjoy being belittled. He told me that my 5year old needed to talk because communication is key, even after I repeatedly told him "she's very shy and timid she won't talk to strangers" and he had the nerve to say it like I was the problem as to why she was shy. No offense to Dr. Valadez, he's awesome. But Dr. Martin is unprofessional, his whole demeanor was off putting. What a hostile environment. He's the problem with that place. And shame on the nurse for not speaking up when those rude comments were being made, she just stood there like she was scared.

I called with an emergency , they got me in with in 30 hours. The Dr listened to my concerns, explained the procedure, and addressed my fears. He was awesome!! Also props to the staff as well...awesome group of ladys. THANK YOU!!
