Jeanette, the dental hygienist is excellent. She is thorough, explains what she does, what treatment plan is needed and how to care for my teeth going forward. I'll have her clean my teeth anytime. She did not do a rush job like the previous lady did to me in June 2022. Jeanette is great.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. My experience there was as pleasant as it can be considering I had to get work done. Dr. Diego Ospina has an amazing attitude and makes sure that you feel safe and comfortable during the whole time you're under his care. You can tell that Dr. Ospina loves what he does. His passion for his job is clearly visible, it gave me reassurance that I was in the best hands. The work he does is world class, I see dramatic improvements after my procedures. Even the recovery time wasn't so bad because of how good of a job he did.

The dentist, hygienists, orthodontist, & staff have ALWAYS been great. I absolutely love My Dentist! My daughters New dentist took the time to explain some things in her mouth that No One ever has, that means the world to me!!! I travel to go to this office because of the People!!! Amazing. Confirms why we keep coming back!!! Thank you all for being there and taking care of both our dental & orthodontic needs. We will see you soon!

Was pleasenly surprised to have a great working Dental team. Did not have a long wait time and there was a honest report for my concern. Front office treated me like I was an old friend. The dental team was quick and to the point. Can't wait for my next visit.

Super friendly people helped me navigate some severe problems with my teeth. Mary was wonderful and Dr. Ospina was knowledgeable and very accommodating with my questions. I never felt I was rushed or spoken down to. Added pluses: the office is bright and inviting and the location is excellent.

Shady is the only thing that's correct about the name of this place. Advanced not so much. Drove almost three hours to have my son seen for an emergency and the girl at the front must've had a lobotomy today because she told me that they accepted my sons insurance prior to making an appointment and then proceed to try to charge me at the appointment for my son to be seen rather than billing my insurance. I don't want to hear any rebuttal about how they were unaware either because I have them his full insurance information, social security, EVERYTHING. If you can't figure out something with that information then it's just incompetence at that point.

I had a hard time finding a dentist that would see babies, but The dentist and staff do a wonderful job with our daughter Naomi, Dr. McMillan really cares about our daughter and is very knowledgeable I'm so glad we found her! He also love seeing her new dentist Dr. Miller while Dr McMillan is out on leave :) The staff inside the office always makes our daughter Naomi feel like a star!

The staff are always polite and friendly. We never have to wait for our appointment time. The office is prompt. The dentists are thorough. This is a great dental office to bring my children to.

Sarah the hygienist was absolutely amazing to my two girls who came in scared. She explained every tool and let them touch and explore everything she used. By the time we left, both girls said they weren't afraid of the dentist anymore! Dr. Moore gave thorough explanations to me and showed me everything she was referencing in regards to my kids' teeth. I made an appointment for myself before I left. So glad to have finally found compassionate, patient-centered dental care!
