Dr. Daniel Faiwiszewski, D.M.D., performs all phases of dentistry and has been practicing since 1994. He believes training and experience together with courteous, caring treatment should be the basis of any good dental practice.
Dr. Faiwiszewski received his Bachelor of Science from Brooklyn College and his dental Degree at Temple University's School of Dentistry. After dental school, Dr. Faiwiszewski completed a general practice residency program at Staten Island University Hospital. He is an active participant in the dental community. Dr. Faiwiszewski is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Bronx County Dental Society.
To maintain excellence in treatment, Dr. Faiwiszewski continually takes advanced education courses and has accrued over 1000 CE hours. He also attends seminars and conferences to ensure that ADC of Riverdale provides the most up-to-date service possible. In fact, Dr. Faiwiszewski is often requested to conduct lectures as well.

Been a patient of Dr. Dan's for quite a number of years....he's thoughtful, thorough, and always available...yesterday, I had tooth pain and just showed up at the office....I was taken care of immediately....no surprise there--that's how Dr. Dan approaches the job...I couldn't imagine going to anyone else.

Exceptional local dentist, A real professional . Careful, attentive to your needs. Notices things that many dentists don't notice, but never tries to sell you on products or services you don't need. You will get the best care for your teeth, and can trust his judgement. Office staff and hygienists exceptional also. Finally, Dan and staff have done everything possible in the office for patients to be safe during the pandemic.. Think this was something I posted earlier but Dan continues to be thorough , methodical, and I have confidence in him. Update October 2022:it's hard to add anything. Dr Dan continues to be an outstanding dentist. He is careful, calm, methodical, professional and kind.

Dr Dan filled one large cavity painlessly, then filled another he found on an adjoining tooth. A terrific job by an excellent dentist. Immaculate, up to date office and wonderful help.

Dr. Dan is just super. His wife Ronnie who manages the place treats you like her own family. A joy to sit in the waiting room. Wait is usually not long. Vanessa the assistant makes sure you are confortable. An exceptional place. My husband is 93 and Dr.Dan is responsible for him enjoying his food and smile daily!

I thought that I would visit ADVANCED DENTAL CARE OF RIVERDALE in November for my scheduled six month check-up, BUT things happen......and that it did. Last Sunday, while eating my breakfast, my FRONT TOOTH came out. I was surprised, but not upset because this was from a root canal which I had many years ago ( I am 77 years young) so no pain because no nerve. I called ADVANCED DENTAL on Monday, forgetting that it was a holiday and left a message with the answering service. Dr. Dan returned my call in a very timely manner, however I missed his call and he left a voice message. He advised me that the office would be open again at 9 am, Wednesday and I could come in at 11:30. This was great, BUT I had a doctor's appointment on Wednesday at 11:45. I was however able to make an appointment for Friday at 1 pm. I arrived at 12:55 and was immediately greeted by Connie, the office mgr. ( Dr. Dan's Wife) and Veronica, Dr. Dan's Assistant. Dr. Dan was sitting at the desk in the phone, but he WAVED at me. The welcome you receive let's you KNOW you ARE in the RIGHT place.The warm, professional, excellent service provided by ADVANCED DENTAL is definitely 5 . Veronica escorted me to an exam room. Dr. Dan came in and immediately went to work, explaining the procedure as he went along. A temporary tooth was in place in no time with no pain. The permanent tooth will follow. I am once again able to chew my food. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Dan and his Staff because the service they provide IS excellent. I look forward to my next visit. Thank you Dr. Dan for addressing my dental needs in a caring, professional and timely manner.
