I went to this place because they are one of the few ones who take my insurance. It was like I went through a timeshare presentation: first, I waited 45 minutes after my appointment, then I asked them what was the hold up so they got me in. Each time someone leave the office, I had to wait about 15 minutes for them to come back. I went for cleaning and they told me I need to do deep-cleaning which was fine but they wanted me to buy their stuff which would have cost me out of pocket about $1,800 to do deep cleaning. They kept advertising their services instead of inquiring about my needs. I spent 3 hours at their office without nothing but X-rays. Because of them, I just changed my insurance since it is open enrollment now. I am going back to my former dentist.

This is by far THE BEST dental office I've been to in a very long time. The staff is great and friendly, the Drs are PHENOMENAL! Waaaay better than Greenberg dental!

Was on vacation in Orlando/from out of town and had a crown come off. They were able to get me in same day at a very reasonable price. Friendly staff and were gentle on the cracked/sensitive tooth the crown was on. Was in and out in 30-40 min.

Loved this place, been attending for 4 years now. Staff super friendly and Doctor very nice! The office manager was super helpful and was able to accommodate us last minute due to a small emergency my son had.

Nothing wrong with the staff here. They're all very nice and accommodating besides one dental hygienist. If you're from out of town and need dental work done this place is great for you. As a normal customer I am highly disappointed. I have become used to them being 5-30 minutes late on your appointment time. I was booked for a cleaning, which at any other dentist that would be an examination and cleaning. Not here. There was not a Dentist on site during my cleaning to examine me for cavities. So I got my cleaning and went on my way. I have to wait another 6 months for an examination+cleaning. The gingivitis cleaning they sell is a normal cleaning that I've recieved many times at other dentist offices (scaling and other processes) but with a price tag on it. I feel that Advanced Dental Care doesn't value my time even though I'm expected to value theirs. I have lost confidence in this Dentist office.

I have spoken to Tammy on the phone for few times, I went to Advanced Dental care today for my mom's treatment. And I finally got to meet her today. She was so nice and sweet, it was so easy to communicate with her, and she helped my mom in every way she could. We really appreciate her help. We would highly recommended Advanced Dental Care Orlando.

This place deservers less than 1 stars. Horrible customer service and Tammy is the WORST office manager. I have been wanting to set up an appointment at this office however I called initially to verify if they take my insurance the lady said they did so i went in with my insurance card and showed the receptionist my card and she said they do and I asked her if she was sure because i have had issues in the past where i went in and they say they do but they dont. She said hold on let me verify with the manager. She verified and she said they take it.... SO i asked the receptionist for appointment and told her to give me the paperwork to fill out so i wouldn't be waiting when i come in the next time. She gave me an appointment a month later. When I came in she asked if i filled out paperwork online, I reminded her about manually filling out the paperwork last time and she said she does not know maybe they made a file then asked for my insurance and DL, then preceded to tell me the dentist had an emergency and she cannot give me a time when he will get done with patient they were dealing with and patients were already waiting 2 hours. So I rescheduled. Although I could not make the appointment i rescheduled for today 7/18. I came about 20 minutes early. There was one lady up front handling everything from cashing people out to answering phones to checking others in, she again asked for my DL and Insurance card and again asked if i filled out paper work online and i told her no i did it manually about a month ago and she said maybe its in a file and told me to have a seat and wait. 20 minutes later another lady at the front told me they dont accept the insurance. I explained to her that i called and showed them my card serveral times and verified with MANAGER and FRONT DESK and CALLED and put the INSURANCE INFORMATION on my paperwork a month ago and was very dissatisfied that I wasted my day when I verified with the office more than 5X that they ACCEPT the insurance and they wasted my time!!!! THE OFFICE STAFF IS EXTREMELY LAZY especially MANANGER TAMMY!!!! They should be verfifying peoples insurance the day before or hours before the appointment INSTEAD OF WASTING peoples time and day and energy!!!! THE STAFF AT THIS OFFICE IS VERY INCOMPETENT AND THE MANAGER DID NOT SEEM TO CARE THAT HER STAFF TOLD ME THEY ACCEPT IT AND EVEN SHE HAD THE CARD ON HAND A FEW TIMES AND I BROUGHT IT IN AND SHE EVEN VERIFIED THEY ACCEPT IT. I am horriffied that this staff works for you. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR WASTING OTHER PEOPLES TIME WHEN THEY SHOULD HAVE HAD AN OPEN SPOT FOR ANOTHER CLIENT THAT THEY COULD HAVE SERVED. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE HORRIBLE HORRIBBLE HORRIBBLE VERIFICATION PROCESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
