My wife called front desk lady today. She was very rude demanding information on the spot (she had the insurance cards ready to provide the member ID but didn't know if they were PPO as demanded by the receptionist). she was making an appointment not only for herself but her parents as they have a different insurance so she wasn't quite sure about theirs.They lady didn't even bother to investigate as other offices would to help you out and was shooting the questions cutting her off as if she had better things to do. Despite all that my wife continued to proceed and just tried make an appointment for herself and the receptionist at that point wasn't even asking her she was more demanding. My wife stated she would call back another time as she was being rude and hung up. About two mins later she calls back as she asked her parents more info on the insurance and was planning to talk to someone else who was professional and she is now having her calls ignored even though two minutes earlier they answered her. Which is sad since I have gone there months before and raved about it to her about how friendly the staff was.

Always a pleasant experience, with Reception, with Technician, with Dentist, and with Billing/Insurance.

Unprofessional.....this place needs new management and new staff.... I do not recommend this place at all.... I've waited 3 months for this appointment and when I get there they tell me they don't take my insurance like really? Mind you they canceled my appointment last week cause I was 2 min late I was in the 15 minute window....and I get there today and my appointment was canceled cause they don't take my insurance what joke...I would give them a 0

Wonderful wonderful wonderful experience. Marie is the nicest and most helpful receptionist I have ever encountered. The whole staff overall are amazing. I feel confident that my God given smile will manifest with the help of Advanced Dental Care of Ocoee.

I have gone here for years, basically sticking around for Judy. The new Doctor and Z have been such a great addition! Very welcoming and kind. They actually listened to all of my concerns and questions!

This place is very professional, i had a tooth that was bent and it was killing me, long story short i got it removed and a root canal. All the doctors were extremally nice, and helpful on my medical plan i had with Humana.

Everyone in this office is wonderful, from the receptionist to the technician to the doctor. The receptionist was so pleasant and does a great job in communicating with me as well as my insurance. Marie took great care of me and was very patient. Dr Hunter was very thorough with her exam. Every step of my visit and treatment plan was explained in detail and I felt like I was also in control of my treatment as well. I appreciate the kind staff and am no longer nervous to go to the dentist. I would 100% recommend this office.
