Mrs Judy was very thorough, all of the staff were nice and explained my dental care very clear. Appt was delayed a few minutes. Like the fact that the exam and cleaning were on the same day. Historically I would book as two appts. Very good experience.

Great place for all your dental needs. This was my 3rd time back to this facility. It's always been a clean & pleasant place. I see Dr. Carter and he's great. He's the gentlest Denist I've ever been to. He's also kind, easy to talk too, professional and he explains things in a way I could understand. I barely felt the shot and that's saying a lot! His assistant is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She also explains in a understandable way. She's fantastic! The equipment they use is amazing! It's much for both patients and staff. The ladies at the front desk are kind and will go above and beyond to help with anything you need. I didn't wait very long to be called to the back on all three visits. This is the best dental experience I've ever had and I will continue going here. A big thank you to all the staff at Advanced Dental Care, you truly care and it shows.

I'm not sure what's happened but pretty much the whole staff has left and it's all new dentists and hygienists. Very disappointing.

Cash cow. I would never come here again. they up charge for everything and took advantage of me. Xrays and upcharges. They Also fire there customers instead of resolving issues.

If you are in the Ocala area in need of a dentist I would highly recommend Dr. Carter and the advanced dental staff. I had a great experience here. The front desk was nice and very helpful. Once I got in the chair I was relieved when I realized I was in the hands of assistants that truly care about their patients and Dr. Carter is committed to providing quality without pain. I will be back for sure.

I had the pleasure of getting fitted for my two permanent crowns, Ashley and Dr. Carter are the best. There was a flaw in one of the permanent crowns. They wanted to make sure it's a perfect, which I agreed with. This establishment is always top-notch! Seriously, if you're looking for a dentist in Ocala, I highly recommend seeing Dr Carter and his team!

I actually switched from another office to this office a few years ago. I like the staff as they are usually very sweet, and caring. The dentists are well trained and gentle, treating myself and my children with care. Everyone is always nice except for one receptionist who always has an attitude when speaking to me.
