The best dental care I have ever experienced! I have been second time with hygienist Linda!The professionalism and friendliness of her is outstanding. Every visit is like visiting my friend. I couldn't be happier with the results.

As normal, all dental and medical facilities are expensive, BUT, the professional staff is among the best that I have been to. Very friendly and compassionate as well. Work done was quick and (almost painless). Happy that I found this facility.

It was my first time visit and I thought the staff and the doctor were excellent. They only drawback was I had an exam by the doctor and technician and I was there for 2 hours most of it waiting. On my second visit my wait was much shorter. Linda, the hygienist, was warm and friendly. She made my feel comfortable by explaining every move and showing me how each piece of equipment worked. I was very pleased with my experience.

I'm always pleased with simple professionalism, courtesy, attentive. My dental hygienist knows me, my need for a pillow, enjoyable banter. Dr. Christine my primary, nothing but high marks for the Dr.

My daughter comes here and sees the orthodontist. Dr. Daniela Urciuoli recommended a type of treatment in which i saw results right away. My daughter may or may not need braces now and if so it will be less time. She is very educated, very sweet and caring. All of her assistants are great as well. I highly recommend her and the office. They are awesome!!!

I have been a patient of Advanced Dental Care for years and always had great care. Recently, I came in for a 9:30 AM filling and waited one hour before being taken back to be prepped. It was at least another 1/2 hour before the dentist came in. Everyone was friendly and the assistant apologized for the delay, but no explanation was given. I always ask for a morning appointment because I understand that there can be issues and delays but this early in the morning you are already an hour behind? My time is just as valuable as the dentist and I should be advised of any delay longer that 15 minutes.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZINGGGGGG GABBY HAD THE FRONT CHECKED ME IN RIGHT AWAY AND WAS SOOOOOO WELCOMING AND CILLA HAD EXIT WITH WHICH SHE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL VERY NICE AND FUNNY WHICH MADE MY STAY VERY PLEASANT AND DONT GET ME STARTED WITH ANGEL AND DR MARTIN THEYARE FABULOUS AND INFORMED ME ABOUT MY TREATMENT STEP BY STEP AND SO FRIENDLY Im SO HAPPY I FOUND SUCH A CARING OFFICE AND THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE I CAN SAY I CANT WAIT TO COME BACK!!!!!!!!!!

Between the long wait times, quoted one thing, billed another, poor customer service from the dentist and my tooth still hurts a month later. The only thing I like is the hygienists are very kind. Ms Pam and others. Wouldn't recommend. I'm here waiting at 1135 for 11 appointment.

Dr Martin, you're truly blessed to have such an amazing, caring & well knowledgable staff!!! Dr Martin handles me so gracefully, I don't feel a thing outside of the norm...& that takes lots of patience & medical professionalism. Angel, & Jackie work as a team...willing & ready to help each other as well as making sure me, as a patient is comfortable...Angel explains everything to infinity lol...& Jackie jumps in with no hesitation!! Gabby is always so pleasant as I enter the office, saying hi, mrs Simmons! Lastly, your beautiful jewel office manager, Michelle, she is rare!! She makes complicated financial situations flow like a river!! Even though it's scary being @ the dentist, you all make it such a breeze...THANKS ladies!! You ALL rOCK

Took my own xrays,watch out terrible new office manger,hung up on me when I told her I was going to leave a review.pam your great,but you should work some where esle ,dont go down with that ship,they make you join their dental brite insurance if you dont have insurance example ,cleaning 159. Plus insurance 60.no choice 220 plus tax,go any where esle but here,.deep cleaning cost me 1100.plus dent right 60 the cleaning took 45 minutes whole mouth my sister went to dentist in Jacksonville 145.it took a hour she said ,run and hide your wallet for sub par work.

Staff was very friendly and professional. There was a problem with my insurance, it was handled quickly while I was there. No wait time, which has been a huge problem in the past, so happy whatever they did to correct that. Treatment plan was explained well, and scheduling future visits was easy and professional done. One problem, which really wasn't them per say, was that the computers were down, and it took a bit longer to get the treatment plan finalized.
