I had to call a few times for scheduling due to my work giving me run around with approval to leave and everyone was beyond helpful, understanding and easy to work with (Used to work Medical reception..boy do i understand). Discovered I needed a filling during my routine cleaning and within 15 minutes the filling was complete and I was ready to go. Everyone is always nice, professional and knowledgeable!

I had the best experience. I was terrified of dentists but when I walked in they put me at ease Dr. Arafa came in and chatted with me and he was direct but honest. He told me how everything was going to go. So when I came back to start I was terrified but everyone made me feel comfortable. He was going to take all my teeth to put in the upper and lower plates implants. Everything went so good, and honestly they gave my life back to me. It is my pleasure to recommended anyone that wants to smile again to go see this awesome group of people.

My whole family has been going here for years. I've had emergency work done through to standard cleanings. The entire staff have always been kind, sweet, and courteous. Mys sons girlfriend has a phobia of dentists and they are able to work on her teeth with absolute no panic attacks. Won't be changing anytime soon

I have great things to say about the whole office, I have received the best care ever at this office. I had the whole front of my mouth capped with a new beautiful look by Dr. Val & I get compliments all the time. I can't express how pleased I am with his work and my teeth look so natural. I highly recommend him. I also enjoy Dr. Arafa, he is wonderful to work with.

Advanced Dental Care is fantastic. You can not judge a book by its cover well these techs and doctors are incredible. I have never seen so many nice people in one place. They took my husband's tooth out and it was incredible and now they want my husband to have his top teeth out. So we will write back after Oct 17th, 2022 and bring you all up to date then.

I switched from my dentist of 20 years to Dr. Arafa after moving from Stafford to Fredericksburg based on very positive experiences members of my family had with him. Him and his staff are so friendly - and good at what they do. I've since moved back to Stafford and stuck with Dr. Arafa.
