I went to this location for a second opinion regarding my care. Joy was the person who took care if the deep cleaning that was needed for me. Not only did she do a fantastic job, she explained the reasoning for everything that was done. Everyone in the office was extremely patient with me and seemed as if they cared for the needs that I had. I can honestly say, I cant wait to see them in 4 months to monitor my progress. Thank you Advance Dental Care of Citrus.

Very satisfied with my experience. Dental work has been very high quality, reasonably priced and very courteous staff. I've had several crowns done and with all the confidence I can say they do good quality work. Strongly recommend!

The employees there are always friendly and treat you with care. Cici is great! Gives great hospitality and makes sure you feel comfortable before the doctor comes. I've been here a couple time and Joy and Dr.Patel give great care of medicine by explaining everything in detail making sure you understand! I use to hate going to the dentist but they make it worth the pain

Love this dentist they are all very kind and caring and making sure you're comfortable as possible during procedures. I've been coming here for a couple years now and was interested if I can make an appointment for my 5 year old daughter or if I can get a referral to take her to a pediatric dentist closer to home. Horrible company and office .do not go there. all they want to do is upsell basic things that your insurance already covers for free. however they call it something else and code it differently so that way they can make more money off your insurance and your copay. I was being sold procedures before my x-rays even came back when it was just supposed to be a standard cleaning. never had that been done at any other dentist office in the past and they did the same to my wife

they up charge you for unnecessary procedures like irrigation and bs products. they do not send you clearly itemized statements and hope that patients are not too bright and pay up rather than figuring out the total owed, which takes plenty of effort, believe me. bottom line- stay away. dentist offices are on every other corner and this one is not what you're looking for.

I had my first visit this week. The entire office was so friendly, welcoming. The hygienist and dentist both took their time in explaining everything they were doing and did a great job on making me feel comfortable and relaxed.

My experience was incredible and was the best dental experience of my life. The front desk receptionist and staff were so friendly and helpful. The hygienist was meticulous, informative and so nice! The dentist and tech were amazing! Every aspect of my visit was absolutely perfect! Thank you for everything!

Dr. Patel and the hygienists and dental assistants at this office are amazing! I have been going here for a few years now and have never had a bad experience. They are gentle but thorough with the cleanings and the last time I got a filling I didn't feel the numbing shot at all. I'm so glad I found this dental office!

Advanced Dental care of Citrus Park more then exceeded my expectations during my visit. The entire staff was welcoming, kind and professional. The doctor really took the time to address all of my options and what was best for my situation. 10/10 recommend!

I was experiencing NO pain when my periodontist advised a new crown and a replacement of an existing crown. The interim dentist, Dr. Paige Schweiber performed the crown prep for both crowns. By the time the permanent crowns were returned by the lab, Dr. Combs was now there, and my appointment was with him to have them placed. He stated that the lab had recommended the crown prep be redone before placing the crown. He seemed to think this was an error on the labs part and insisted that they remake the crowns. He made no effort to check the prep or call the lab. If he had just followed that one instruction, I would have been spared two years of discomfort and pain. The problem was that I was experiencing pain only when biting down on the tooth, so could not eat by chewing on the left side. Just prior to his departure, Dr. Combs sent me to Westchase Endodontics at a cost of $132 to me to have the tooth checked. I was told the tooth was in good health and they could see no cause for the discomfort of the tooth. Each time a new dentist came into the practice, they would start over with adjusting the bite, then say they don't want to adjust it anymore and that there must be some other problem causing the discomfort. The latest dentist (Dr. Patel) adjusted the crown quite a bit and said that if this did not correct the issue, she would send me to a periodontist as she claimed there was irritation of the gum. Their own hygienist said I had no gum issues. Dr. Patel telling me a periodontist was the answer was bizarre and just made no sense. It gave me no faith in her as a dentist. My own periodontist said my gums were fine. During my last conversation with the office manager I stated that I wanted the crown redone and she agreed. Then my mother, who was also a patient of Advanced Dental saw Dr. Patel, and Dr. Patel's immediate response was "your tooth needs to be pulled!" My mother was horrified. This was the first she had ever been told she might lose the tooth. My mom sought a second opinion and had a crown placed on the tooth saving it. In June of this year, I sought a second opinion for my crown and pain. They could see no obvious reason for the tooth pain when I chewed on that side (or when I put direct pressure on the tooth with my finger). I did this because I had no faith that Advanced Dental Care was able to do this after it had demonstrated time and again incompetency at the issue and how to resolve it. So, after having the crown redone, the new dentist described only one issue he could see that might have been causing the pain upon pressure on the tooth. The crown prep on the underlying tooth was slanted, thus hitting the crown causing the pain. Which explains why the lab that made the crown specifically advised Advanced Dental Care to fix the crown prep of the tooth before placing the crown. Problem solved. Go to this practice at your own risk.

This was my first visit and I am extremely satisfied with the dental care I received. The efficiency, professionalism, and friendliness displayed by the Doctor and staff was most amazing.I recommend this office to anyone who values excellent service.

The staff at Advanced Dental care of Citrus Park made it a better experience than what I expected. Everyone is very friendly; the dr and dental assistant are nice, patient and they answered all of my questions. I'm happy I chose this dentist and recommend it to anyone.
