Dr. Awofolu received her Doctoral of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Maryland School Of Dentistry in Baltimore Maryland. She then completed her General Practice Residency training at the Philadelphia Veterans Administration Hospital in Pennsylvania. She completed the Maxi course offered by the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and is Invisalign certified. Dr. Awofolu is an active member of the American Dental Association, Maryland State Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. To ensure her patients receive the highest quality of care possible, Dr. Awofolu continuously takes advanced courses in dentistry, especially in the areas of dental surgery, cosmetic and restorative dentistry. Dr Awofolus personal philosophy is to give each patient personal, one-on-one attention to explain procedures, listen to long term goals and address concerns or questions. Dr. Awofolu is dedicated to serving you in all aspects of patient care.

Attempted to book an appointment today and the Dentist herself tried to convince me that I had booked an appointment and was a no call no show back in Nov 2021. I tried to explain that the appointment was canceled , she went on to say i had been charged a fee on my account for not showing and there was no proof of my appointment being canceled. I explained that a female contacted me and canceled the appointment (which i had assumed to be the dentist herself) because she was very apologetic. I would not recommend booking with this practice.She basically went back and forth with me as if I was a liar until I decided to just end the call. Very rude and unprofessional!

Dr. Teni, as I usually call her, has been my dentist for more than 8 years and became our family dentist. She's very attentive and takes extra step to ensure everything is done right. Let me also not forget to mention that few years ago, she was patient with my family when we were default in payment that our insurance didn't cover for some procedures for a long time, she eventually wrote off some debt! I would recommend her always as she does her job diligently!

The dentist has always done me right. I so love her. She is always upfront about things and explain things well. She will work with you. I been going to her for over 2 years now. She is my one stop shop for a healthy mouth.

Dr. A is an awesome dentist! I even work for an oral surgeon and when she suggested I have a tooth pulled, I asked her to do it rather than sending me elsewhere. She is very gentle and really listens when I say I can't tolerate much novocaine. Will be back soon! Gotta lay off the candy lol

The most experienced dentist i have ever been to in my whole life. She's so hardworking and knowledgeable!!!! I have been going to her for years! She has helped me and all of my family. It's hard being the only dentist in the office but yet she handles it like a pro!! I highly recommend coming here! Do not go based off the reviews!!! She truly is the best dentist! She will go to lengths to help you!!! And her office staff is so helpful and kind!!!!

I travel from far to come and enjoy the experience of this dental office. The staff is very friendly, the office is always clean, and the Dentist is professional and very personable. The Dentist takes her time with me and always explains exactly what service she will be providing and the benefits. I recommend this dental office and hope they expand and open many more locations.

RUDE. RUDE. DENTIST. I called to make an appointment. The lady who answered the phone, asked for my insurance info, I obliged, she said she didn't think they accepted it. I said, I hadn't had any problems before. She asked me to email it, I said, since we're on the phone now, let me give it to you. She says in a commanding tone "WE'RE CLOSED! I said, you're hours online says you're open until 5pm, she says again, WE'RE CLOSED! I asked her name she said " I am the Dentist". I'm only here because my patient didn't come in and the person who answers the phone isn't in. With that she hung up! WOW!!!! If I could give that dentist a negative 10, I would. Obviously, her education doesn't constitute professionalism or knowledge of humanity. What a tragic collosal waste of my time. Oh, it was 4:40 when I called.
