Dr Pete Spilotro was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. Dr Spilotro graduated from Loyola University Chicago College of Dental Surgery with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 1993. While attending Loyola he was selected into the Oral Surgery Honors Program. This allowed him to spend time covering the Emergency Room and Hospital. Dr. Spilotro and his family moved to Arizona in 2001. Since 2001, Dr. Spilotro has been caring for the dental needs of underprivileged children.
Dr. Spilotro is an Arizona licensed dentist and an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Dental Association, Arizona Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Spear Dental Study Club, and Spear Continuing Education Center.
Blessed with his lovely wife of 22 years, they share two beautiful daughters and are proud to make Arizona their home. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, hiking, swimming, and spending time with his friends and family.

I started going to Advanced Dental Care 2 years ago after my long-time dentist closed her practice. I have been so satisfied with the team at this office. Every member is welcoming and professional, and Dr. Spilotro is very communicative and personable. Every procedure is explained in detail and is done as gently as possible. I enjoy going to see everyone at Advanced Dental Care. This is the place to go for every dental need, thanks to Dr Spilotro and everyone there!

Amazing experience! I came here as an emergency visit for a chipped tooth. I called right when they opened at 9 a.m. and they were able to get me in at 12:30 that day! I'm an out of state college student and I was so grateful they were able to get me in ASAP and help my chipped tooth!

Dr. Spilotro and his team are just the best. I cracked my front tooth and he was able to work me in to fix it. He is so caring and really makes me, a rather anxious, nervous person, feel comfortable. No matter where I live, I will always come back to see him.

By far the best dental staff in The Valley. Receptionists are friendly, learn your name, and treat you like family every time you visit. Dr. Spilotro is a professional who makes it easy for adults to get a fair assessment and exceptional treatment. Dr. Spilotro is the #1 dentist in America. The most kind and attentive dentist. Super professional with his work and interaction with people. Truly cares about not only the customers but his staff equally as well. Treatment is phenomenal! I am someone who absolutely hates the dentist and this is the only place that I have ever enjoyed coming to. I love him and his staff they are also friendly and so professional and do such an amazing job as a team. Highly recommend him to anyone and everyone. I am 100% satisfied with my Hollywood smile!
