This was my first time changing Dentist after I retired, as a new patient I wad very pleased with the friendly staff. The Doctor was very patient and informative and explained what needed to be done for my dental health.I was very pleased.

I have been going too Dr. Flores for 7+ years She so informative with any work that Needs too be done @ anytime. Dr Flores Is very knowledgeable in her profession!! She is sweet, & Professional at what she does... She treats me like family & I feel very comfortable when I'm in for any work that I might need done at the time.. her receptionist upfront is Excellent and sweet in what she does.. I definitely recommend Dr Flores to my family and friends. Thank you Dr Flores for what you do!!

My first time visiting Advanced Dental and everyone I dealt with was top notch. Just needed a cleaning but was so impressed that I will be changing dentists! Awesome service from the hygenist and Dr. Flores. I was able to get in the day of. I highly recommend Advanced Dental Care in Grand Prairie!

Like many others, I'd never been a fan of going to dentists. And because of past experiences, I tended to put it off as long as possible. That was until I started seeing Dr. Flores. I've finally found a dentist that is truly professional, gentle, and effective. The entire experience from start to finish is what I'd always felt a visit to the dentist should be, but hadn't found until now. Her office and equipment are kept in pristine order, and everything is state-of-the-art. All of the support staff are warm and courteous, from the receptionist, to the assistant and hygienist. The exam and cleaning were incredibly thorough, and she can tell how well you've been taking care of your oral hygiene in between visits. When the appointment is complete, I always feel fresh, clean, well taken care of, and encouraged to keep up good dental care overall. It's so nice to have found a dentist I can trust, and I can't recommend her enough.

Everyone was friendly very professional Dr. Flores explain everything she was going to do prior and also during my procedure. The facility was very clean. I definitely recommend Dr Flores.
