Dr. Yau-Ting Lam graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Arts of Biochemistry with minors in mathematics, computer graphics and design, and Asian Studies in 2001. He received his Doctorate in Dental Surgery with Honors from the State University of New York at Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine in 2005. Dr. Lam was the recipient of the International Dentist Award, one of two in the United States that year. He continued training at the New York Hospital of Queens, completing a General Practice Residency in 2006.

My 1st visit to Dr Lam was very satisfied. Dr Lam was very careful and explained every detailed. His assistant did such a great job on cleaning, very gentle , they both were very friendly too. , i highly recommended thus dental office.

First, I left a voicemail requesting a new patient general cleaning. Dr. Lam texted me shortly after to set up an appointment. Good response time, professional responses, could tell he cared by texting me on his day off. Appointment was very thorough, Dr. Lam explained everything along the way. He wants to provide the best care at one of the lowest price points. No hidden fees, no scams. Very home-y atmosphere, that is his goal.

Before I know Dr. Lam, I took my daughter to another dentist and got over-treated with crowns fail in just one year. One of my friend, who is very happy with Dr. Lam, referred Dr. Lam to me. After he checked my daughter's teeth, he told us it will be fine just filling some teeth instead of adding crown. It has been three years since the first time we visited him and my daughter's teeth filled by Dr. Lam are perfect. Last year, I also started to visit him as a patient and got my teeth filled by him as well. Dr. Lam's service is great and the price is reasonable. Highly recommend!

My family have been Dr. Lam's loyal patiences for more than 15 years. He would always give me precise solutions for complicated problems or the legacy old dental works. Dr. Lam is truly a great dentist, and he really care about his patient. I have an infected wisdom tooth that suddenly flared up on Monday night. I emailed him, hoping to get an appointment on Tuesday, he called me almost immediately, told me steps to calm the toothache. On Tuesday, he took me in right away, on his day off to boot. He explained what needs to be done, and finished the job as thoroughly as possible. After the procedure, I went back to work, and my co workers were amazed that I didn't experience any pain. They're now firm believer that the best dentists for them is Dr. Lam. If you're reading this review, and are still considering other dentists, I urge you to drop the hesitation, call Dr. Lam immediately, and let him take care of you. You will walk away with a smile on your face.

Dr. Lam is one of the most meticulous dentist I have ever met. He's friendly, patient and extremely detailed with excellent "bedside" manners/disposition. I completely trust his work and all of his advice. Dr. Lam's office is truly a first class experience! The location is easy to access, the decor is modern and comfortable, and the tools and technology is state of the art. Simply put, the best dentist out there.

Best dentist on the planet! Great with kids and even nervous adults. Highly skilled and very friendly. And to top it off he chose the most sensible solution for me, not the most expensive one! Will never see a different dentist. Thank you Dr. Lam.
