Dr. Fruce is a native Fultonian attending Fulton Schools. He went to Hobart College in Geneva, New York and then received his doctorate from Tufts University School Of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. He's a member of the Oswego County Dental Society, American Dental Association, and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. Dr. Fruce is an attending dentist at St. Joseph Hospital in Syracuse, NY. He volunteers at the Dental Clinic where he teaches and mentors first year dentists in the Residency program.

I have been going here for years. Dr. Fruce and staff are amazing! Recently I broke a crown. Within an hour of my call I was seen. They also squeezed me in for my cleaning so I did not have to go back the following week! They have worked around my schedule and are always kind and considerate. I would highly recommend to anyone. My son has also gone here since he was little and is always happy with the experience.

Omg! amazing that's all I can say is amazing I went in high anxiety of course. Seeing several Dentist before none of them can get it right so with that being said I let this dentist ,Dr fruce known of my concerns and he spent so much time fitting my new dentures trying to get them just right .Having no bone on my lower jaw I thought would be very difficult but he did amazing amazing!! anyone who is high anxiety don't like Dentist I recommend 200% go to Dr fruce Fulton New York

Very kind and wonderful staff. I had asked for a certain person to be with me at every visit and they have accomidate. Not that I don't like them all. We had just connected and makes me feel at ease. Dr. Fruce, just amazing and so patient. So greatful to be a patient of theirs.

Every single member of this office has always been outstanding from the receptionists to the dental hygienists and the dentist himself and now his son! Even Honey the therapy dog that always sits in the chair with my kids as they get their teeth cleaned. I can not say enough amazing things about this practice!!! Highly recommend to everyone!

Had a tooth pulled today by Ben; Frank's son and he was just as knowledgeable and professional as his dad. Frank stopped in the room twice to check (knowing my high anxiety level) on how things were going. The entire staff makes you feel welcomed and cared for weather it's a cleaning or an extraction. As busy as they are now, they are still supportive and respectful to each other. The family friendly atmosphere is genuine. Excellent place for dental care!

Dr Fruce is on top of new technology. I had a permanent crown installed in one visit. He has the latest equipment to scan your gum line, cut a crown from a block of ceramic, then bake it. It fit great and looks perfect. Thanks Dr Fruce

Dr. Fruce and his staff are some of the best I've seen. He is very professional and thorough with his work, and extremely meticulous with his patients dental health. Being a veteran I've seen dentists in Nevada, California, South Carolina and Wisconsin; Dr. Fruce is head and shoulders above all other dentists I've seen. Not only is his work top notch but his care and compassion for his patients have been unmatched in my experience. I've recommended Dr. Fruce to many friends and would recommend him for anyone in need of a great dentist.

I highly recommend Dr Fruce and his staff. Very caring and professional. He done all my dental work from fillings , implants and crowns. Im extremely happy. Hes great with my daughter( she's on the spectrum) They all are great

Dr.Fruce's staff is always so friendly and welcoming. They are great at getting you right in and out and I never have to wait to be seen more than 5 minutes. I got to meet Honey today and she was so sweet. Great place to go if your looking for a new dentist.

They were very good. I never even felt the needle when I was being numbed to get my filling fixed. I was in and out fast even with having to fill out paper work it was maybe an hour. Everyone was very nice as well.

On 6/1/22 I had dental work to remove 2 old childhood fillings. They were both replaced and one replacement included a crown, which was made on the spot, and placed perfectly. I had no pain, no discomfort during the procedure. The chair was extremely comfortable. Staff were very accommodating and professional, checking on me often. Dr.Fruce did an amazing job, also checking on me often, ensuring I was completely comfortable and knowledgeable about the entire process. He is very passionate about his exemplary work and each individual patient. It is now 6/2/22, I have no pain, no discomfort, and it was if no dental work ever occurred. The only proof is how amazing my teeth look! On a rating of 1-10; Dr.Fruce and his staff are a 100. Best dentist and team I have ever had. Did I mention there is a therapy pup that greets you? Definitely recommend Dr.Fruce and his team for all your dental needs!

The folks at Advanced Dental Arts could not be nicer!! They have state of the art equipment and procedures. If you have any fears of going to a dentist, these friendly folks will even make you want to come back. They have a therapy dog! You will be treated like royalty and their work is superb. So glad we found Dr. Fruce. Fabulous place!

Best dentist ever. So personable and friendly. The whole office is fantastic. Ive had multiple teeth pulled here and will never go anywhere else. Also, they have a therapy dog named Honey who is the very sweetest!

Dr. Fruce is an excellent dentist, I always feel that he truly cares about my oral health. I've never been pushed to get unnecessary procedures, but the staff does advise my family and I of the options they offer for healthier, more comfortable and/or more attractive smiles.
