Dr. Pearl Lai is a Colorado native. She attended the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. She then went on to practice general dentistry in the Denver-Metro area. During this time she discovered her passion for periodontics. She then moved to Minnesota and completed her periodontics residency at the Mayo Clinic. After completing her specialty training she returned home to Colorado to practice periodontics.
As a practicing periodontist, Dr. Lai enjoys her relationships with her patients and her colleagues as much as the care she provides. When she is not involved in dentistry she enjoys reading, mountain biking, snowboarding, and keeping a marine reef tank.

This office is the best! I went here for a couple years and had to switch because of insurance reasons. I went to a big corporate dental office and it was horrible!! They always tried to up charge me on things I didn't need, and up charged me without me knowing. It left me extremely anxious about going to get a simple teeth cleaning. I could not wait to come back to Advance Dental Arts. I went today for a cleaning, and am so thankful! I won't ever leave again Dr. Simon!

What a wonderful Dentist experience ! Advanced Dental Art is a clinic with a family touch. Dr. Simmon and Aaron are absolutely amazing. Dr. Simmon took his time to explain what he is going to do, what was currently going on with my teeth, and all the events that lead to my teeth being so sensitive. He is great to converse even if I have my mouth full of dentistry equipment Aaron is also wonderful I could chat with her forever. Gal up front helped me to contact my insurance (thank you !!!) and get my payment adjusted. Everyone was so helpful, nice, professional and just fun to talk to. I highly recommend !

Dr. Simon was able to consult and fix my problem in one sitting on my first visit. Part of my tooth broke so I thought I'd need an expensive crown and he managed to do it with a much less expensive and invasive option. He actually sits down with you beforehand too instead of just running into the room to do the operation and then leaving.

I recently moved to Colorado was referred to Dr. Simon by a friend and another patient of his. I have a pretty complicated dental history and a lot of work that has to be done. Not only did he do a great job on fixing a bonding issue I had, but he took the time to really listen to all my concerns and hesitations about starting with a new dentist. The staff are super friendly and the appointments are very prompt, never late. Cannot suggest more highly to go here!

Going to the dentist is one of my least favorite things and the staff knows that, yet they tolerate me anyway. In all seriousness, they make going to the dentist pretty pleasant. I've always been comfortable whenever I've had a procedure done, and they handled my gum surgery really well. My teeth have never been this good. Dr. Simon and Dr. Lai and the entire staff are kind and caring, and willing to help me out when it comes to dealing with insurance nonsense. I recommend them! The office is clean and comforting, and I've felt comfortable throughout Covid getting my regular cleanings.

Absolutely wonderful dental experience. The staff is very knowledgeable and understanding of any issues. The most thoughtful and thorough exam I have ever had. All my concerns and issues were addressed with such expertise and overwhelming concerns. Like having a family friend that's a dentist, personal touch, individual care, haven't felt like I'm part of some assembly line product since I came here. The care I've received here has led me to recommend the office to friends and family. I have been a patient of Dr Simon for over 10 years. As a former dental assistant, I would not go anywhere else. Dr Simon is a very caring, honest and gentle dentist. The entire staff is awesome! Erin, his assistant is a very outgoing, gentle and caring person as well. Doctor Simon, and his staff have a love for life and their patients and it shows.

I have been getting regular check ups & cleanings here for a few years and they have been very easy and affordable. Yesterday I had 2 fillings that needed replaced. These types of visits aren't fun for anyone but I was so impressed with Dr Simon and his team. The numbing process was very easy and quick and I was able to watch Planet Earth with headphones on during my visit. His team was gentle, very efficient and supportive. I highly recommend this office, and will be a life customer after yesterday.

Advanced Dental Arts is my final stop in finding an outstanding Dentist and staff to trust with my dental challenges. I have seen about 15 different dentists in my life so far and I'll never go anywhere else again. Dr. Simon's approach to patient care is why. He uses both traditional and progressive technology to treat his patients and actually listens and genuinely cares about us. I first used his services in a very difficult emergency situation and was treated with much care and respect. I am so thankful to find a dental office that is always there for me and worked with me to get my dental health back on track. Dr. Simon and staff have much to be proud of.
