I had a fantastic experience with Dr Esrawi and his team. He went above and beyond to ensure we worked together with what I wanted as I had a long road with orthodontic care for some time and was particular with what I was hoping for. Although I didn't need much work/ a big job, it was so important to me as it really completed my years of treatment and gave me full confidence to smile! Thank you to all the team for a wonderful job, for making me feel at ease and providing such professional high quality care.

The absolute best place to go!! Dr Malek Esrawl is the most knowledgeable, professional and nice dentistry doctor I have ever met, I understand now why my son raved about him when he fixed a botched job from a dentist in Hanover, and my In laws love him. He is well organized and you are well taken care of from the beginning of the process to the end, and all his staff are amazing, knowledgeable, professional and nice as well. This State of the Art facility is immaculate. Thank You!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Esrawi's for a decade now and have never had a bad experience. His skill level is impeccable (If I could leave ten stars, I would). I've had multiple different types of procedures and the outcome has always exceeded my expections. And when you couple all of that with a processional and super nice staff, it makes the entire experience a pleasure. Highly, highly recommended.

I have lived in seven states and had a lot of cosmetic dental work completed with various dentists. Although I was pleased with my former dentists, I believe that Dr. Esrawi is probably the most talented and up-to-date on current techniques that I have been too. He has done a lot of dental work on both me and my husband. Always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done perfectly. I know he teaches at a dental school in addition to his practices. I feel lucky to have found him when we retired to the Cape.

The experience I've had with Dr. Esrawi and his AMAZING staff has been extremely friendly and highly professional. They're the best! I've had my veneers replaced and they are perfection. (Bright white) I'm obsessed! Dr. Esrawi is a true Perfectionist. Leaving your chair is not a option until your completely happy and that he is 100% satisfied with his work. He shows how much care and great pride he has in what he does. If your looking to have work done or just a cleaning this is your place. Deb is the Best Hygienist!

Hardly a high end practice, as Esrawi promotes it. Would advise anyone, especially if you are looking for expensive work, to stay away. Went to him with dentures needing repair. He sold me on new ones for $9000+, assuring me that he would replicate the carefully made ones i was wearing. (Mine had been made with a curvature and cant/pitch that matched my (original)real teeth and filled the sallow areas in my face, lending a nice appearance. On his first try, the top denture was misaligned with the bottom, and they were far from the design/appearance of my then current dentures he promised to replicate. I had asked him again just to model his new ones on the existing ones, replicate them, do whatever.... I wanted the same look. He assured me he was doing so. Instead, he went his own way, not matching them. asking me to "think positive" about the ones on the second try. I left the office sore and bloody from the fit and try-ins on those and when i was able.to start wearing them, people told me I looked 10 years older. He did not do what he promised and took $9000+ from me, not something i can easily afford. I've have been trying for 9 months now to get my money back. I never wore his. At one point i returned them to him and he sent them back to me. I've since had another set made elsewhere, that i am happy with for substantially less money, by a dentist that really cared about what he was doing. I would not even wear Esrawi's as a backup. Play it safe. Go elsewhere.

I have to laugh when I see the good reviews of this place because visiting this joke of a dentist was easily the worst experience Of my life. I will fast forward to the last visit, 7 months after my 1st visit where he told me there wasn't anything he could do. Besides wasting 7 months of my life, he literally laughed at me after he told me that he couldn't do implants on Of my life. I will fast forward to the last visit, 7 months after my 1st visit where He tells me that he will do implants on the bottom but not the top at which point I said well how about I get a denture on the top and implants on the bottom and he starts laughing at me, now this is a traumatic time in my life where I have no teeth whatsoever at 40 years old and he thinks this is funny . He tells me that he can't do anything for me. After 5 visits where I was nothing but respectable and Did everything they asked me. On top of that their staff is Absolutely manic, 2 of my visits I could hear people getting chewed out behind the counter by fellow employees. This is at a dental surgeons office where anxiety by the patient is at a maximum there couldn't make you feel any less comfortable if they tried.

Dr. Malek Esrawi and the entire staff at Advanced Cosmetic Dentistry are exactly what I'm looking for when I need dental care. They are: professional, attentive, gentle, accommodating, and overall perfectionists at what they due. From cleanings to veneers or reconstruction, there is no one I would recommend more then Dr. Esrawi and his team. Thank you for making me feel better about my smile!

Yay! I am very grateful that I found Advanced Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry. The office is pristine, the equipment is state of the art and every effort was made to keep me informed and comfortable at each procedure. The kind professionalism and skill of Liz, Katie, and Dr. Esrawi somehow managed to make my complicated dental makeover seem significantly less daunting along the way. Further, the results have been amazing. :) Barbara

Dr. Esrawi and his staff have been wonderful. From the beginning they were very up front with options, costs, timeline and answering all of our questions and concerns. It's been more than a year since I started going to Dr. Esrawi and he and the staff have stayed as friendly and accommodating as our first meeting. His confidence and commitment to the highest level of comfort, fit and getting everything as perfect is he can is not only reassuring but also gives you a sense of being at ease. During the COVID-19 virus I had a minor issue and Dr Esrawi and his staff were open on a limited basis. They took all the necessary precautions and took care of me. After witnessing my very positive experience with Dr Esrawi, my husband will also be scheduling an appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Esrawi and his staff. Their professionalism mixed with their friendliness makes going to the dentist pleasant.

I have always been difficult to numb which caused me to be deathly afraid of dentist due to the pain. I'm so glad that I found Advance Cosmetic Dentistry as they really took their time to ensure I was comfortable and gave me enough Novocain to ensure numbness. It took awhile for me to develop trust due to past experiences but now I go there with confidence. Also, the work on my caps was superb. Thank you for being patient with me!!
