I was in for a cleaning and was told I would need a crown on a tooth that didn't bother me. I agreed with what the doctor had said and proceeded to get a crown. I've been in pain since the day the crown was put in. I came back to the office to have them "adjust" it and I was charged to have it adjusted (even though it was their mistake). I was still in pain after returning for adjustments so they referred me to have a root canal at another practice. I went to my old dentist for a second opinion and it turns out they were filing down the wrong tooth the entire time. I did not need a root canal and lucky I asked for a second opinion if not I would have had unnecessary work done that I did not need and I would have had to pay for. Not to mention I could have avoided months of pain. I will definitely not be returning again.

I'm extremely choosy about dental practices thanks to numerous bad experiences in the past at other places. Seeing a Dentist places you in a naturally vulnerable position and it means everything to be treated with compassionate respect. This office is consistently professional, organized, friendly, reasonably priced, and super responsive to any questions or concern. They completely demystify dental implants and lay everything out transparently. I never feel pressured to over-spend and they're great with treatment planning options. Highly recommend!

Went in for emergency care. Said they could treat if no infection. Staff was kind. Dr. Natalie not so much. Bedside manner was negative. Took a quick glance at x-rays, was very aggressive in her tone about her diagnosis and would not treat me even though there was no infection. Dr. Natalie blamed office manager for scheduling the wrong type of appointment. Dr. Natalie decided conversation was done and walked out on the visit shaking her head. It was a waste of time to visit this office and would not recommend under any circumstances, especially in an emergency. By the end i felt relief that dr. Natalie didn't treat me because by her bedside manner I would've thought she'd botch the job either as a mistake or even on purpose. In the end she had misdiagnosed me as I was able to see another dentist and specialist who gave me answers and proper care. Office manager tried to defend her scheduling and voided the bill from the visit.

I have had horrible experiences in past with dentists and I'm always apprehensive when trying a new place. Both Dr. Natalie and her hygienist at the time Ashley were wonderful, professional, reassuring, honest, and great bedside manner. I'm so glad I found them and feel a lot more relaxed about going to dental appts moving forward. 10/10!!!

This has been my general dental clinic for many years. Dr. Mohan and his staff have provided superb care to myself and members of my household. Scheduling is flexible with outstanding responsiveness in an emergency. Everyone is kind, friendly, and professional. Great time management, very short wait times.

This was my first time at Advanced and Comfort Dentistry and it was an awesome experience. The hygienist (I forget her name) was so sweet, and nice. I told her about a sensitive spot on my gum and she was very careful when cleaning. The whole cleaning went quickly. I will be returning for sure.

When I first started going here, my teeth and mouth were in pretty bad shape. My dr, dr sun.. has been nothing but gentle with me, explains things to me, tells me it's normal to be nervous, he's completely changed the health of my teeth in a short amount of time. I'm amazed. Everyone at the office is so kind especially the people at the desks, they tell you your price for your next visit so you're not shocked by it, they explain things and help you out when you need it. I really love it here, I'm so so happy I picked this office for my dental needs :) (My last name is McGrath at the office)

Used to be better, Brenda was a great hygienist, very personable, answered questions, and dentist gave a detailed review. Now, there is less confidence in responses, rushed dentist, and hope you don't have questions to bother them with.

1st off the receptionist was amazzing i called for an appointment on a fri as a new patient and was scheduled 3 days later i had anxiety from a previous dentist and was scared and i cant begin to say how nice and patient they were with me i cant thank the Dr. and her assistant enough i highly recommend this practice very comforting!

This was my first visit and the experience was very informative and comfortable. I suffer from vertigo and my hygienist was very accommodating. I have no problem with recommending this office to anyone.
