My cleanings are always uncomfortable due to so much pinching my gums I guess I need it due to the condition of recessed of my gum nevertheless is an uncomfortable hour always glad when is over. It's hard to give a dental procedure good ratings LOL. Alicia in the front desk was very helpful in getting a referral and appointment with a specialist. The hygienist was very good explaining during the procedure although she can show some tenderness while cleaning the gums.

Above excellence is what best describes the staff of Advance Center caring compassionate attention that changes the stigma of going to the dentist. Doctor Cascanye is the sweetest, great anesthesiologist and much better orthodontics. But the best is the energy and knowledge he share with his team, of very efficient ladies, and viceversa, they make you feel like home. Starting from the girls at the front desk, wish makes everything possible to get accommodate your appointments at your convenience. Highly recommend him.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Cascante who had to take my molar out because of a bad inflammation. The tricky procedure involved bone graph and adding a membrane. It was uncomfortable but painless thanks to Dr. Cascante's skills (and anesthetics of course) and I had no swelling or pain afterwards. Dr. Cascante did a filling 3 years ago and almost reconstructed the outside of my tooth. Brilliant work done by a specialist in cosmetic dentistry no less!

Oscar Cascante is a liar. DO NOT COME HERE. He lied to me saying i had like 20 cavities in my teeth. I was suspicious about it so i went to 3 other dentists and they all said i have 0 cavities. Also, im pretty sure if i had 20 cavities i would be able to see them and smell them. He is a liar ,fraud, money hungry man
