Dr. Theresa Gardocki was born and raised in the thumb of Michigan. She graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. Dr. Gardocki has been serving the dental needs of Dane County residents for almost 40 years, and she is recognized by the Academy of General Dentistry for decades of excellence in continuing education. Through this education, she brings the newest techniques and materials to her practice. Dr. Gardocki has her Fellowship through the Academy of General Dentistry. To receive this prestigious recognition, doctors must complete 500 hours of continuing education and pass a comprehensive written exam. Less than 10% of dentists in the United States are awarded with this degree.
Dr. Gardocki taught in the general practice residency at the Meriter Hospital Dental Clinic for 34 years until its closing in 2015. She has served as a trustee and board member for the Dane County Dental Society, and has worked at Access Community Health Center serving public health needs. Her volunteer efforts have taken her all the way to the orphanages of Romania where she has treated hundreds of children in several different locations. Her professional affiliations include: The American Dental Association, The Wisconsin Dental Association, The Academy of General Dentistry, The American Society of Dental Anesthesiologists, and Tempo International. In 2004, Dr. Gardocki was awarded the American Red Cross Hometown Hero Award for Health Care for her work in Romania.
Outside of work, Dr. Gardocki enjoys spending time with her husband andher two children. She has a strong passion for dog rescue, often opening her home to rescues from high-kill shelters. Dr. Gardocki was a former college athlete.She wasinducted into her hometown sports hall of fame, and she still holds career ERA pitching records for the University of Michigan softball team.
I have been with Advanced Care Dental for eight years. I have been a dental hygienist for over 25 years, having graduated from Marquette University in 1991. I grew up in Union Grove, WI, about 20 miles south of Milwaukee. I have lived in Madison, Palm Springs, Chicago and now I have settled in Stoughton with my two children, Tyler and Olivia. I spend my free time enjoying family and friends, and I love to watch my children's many sporting events.
I have been a dental assistant since 2007 after graduating from the dental assisting program in Waukesha. Since then, I spent a few years at home caring for my two daughters until they entered school full-time. Outside of work, the three of us love to hike, camp, and enjoy the outdoors. Many opportunities have been given to me in my dental career, including extended training, teaching, mission work, and treating patients who are not able to receive proper dental care. I have developed a love for dentistry, and it is my goal to help my patients feel happy and confident with their smiles. I look forward to helping treat you!
I began working at Advanced Care Dental in 2017, helping out periodically with software and insurance. Life ended up bringing me to the Madison area to live at the beginning of 2020, and I have been working here full-time since. I spent the early years of my life in Madison, but my family relocated to Dixon, IL when I was 7 years old. I have been in the dental field for 25 years, working at just two offices prior to working for Dr. Gardocki.I have 3 amazing children that are all young adults, but are still my favorite people to spend time with. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, flipping furniture, traveling and - of course - making people smile!
My name is Celeste, and I am originally from Utah. I was a dental assistant for three years, but then I decided to become a flight attendant and travel the world! While traveling for my job, I met my husband, and we have now settled down in Wisconsin. We live on a little farmette in Stoughton with our two cats and eight chickens. I hope to one day add a cow to that list as well. I am so excited to be back in the dental field doing what I love most! I love to help people and show them that the dental office isn't as scary as it used to be. I can't wait to meet you!

Dr Gardocki and her assistant Sara have helped me so much with my clear correct journey. Amy the insurance gal helped me understand what my insurance covered. Mary the hygienist I saw was knowledgeable and I have never had such a good cleaning. Great office and wonderful staff!!

I moved an hour away from home last year and needed to switch dentists. I was really nervous because I had only ever been to one place! My mother-in-law suggested Advanced Care Dental and I am really glad she did! I hadn't gone to the dentist in over a year so I was needing some cleaning and cavities filled, and at every appointment I have felt very welcomed. Celeste is the absolutely sweetest and she always brightens my day when I am there. My cavity fillings were fast and almost completely painless and I am really grateful for that. Could not recommend Advanced Care Dental more. Thank you, thank you!!

Dr. Gardocki and the staff here have helped me be more confident in my oral care. The hygienist was very informative with tips and tricks to make me a better flosser - and the Front was so pleasant to work with!

Let me start by saying I hate going to the dentist. My mouth is overly sensitive and it's rarely a good experience. I am so happy to say that my time here was a complete 180 from what I'm used to!!! When I walked in the front staff was so friendly and welcoming. Celeste put my mind at ease almost instantly. She was joking with me and very sweet and understanding. My hygienist (I think Mary?) was the same! Making sure I was ok. Even tho that part was easy haha And then I get to my care team. Sara made sure to distract me so I felt nothing. She answered all my questions thoroughly so I had no reason to be anxious. I could tell she has plenty of experience in the field and was very confident in my treatment plans. I absolutely love this place and can proudly say I am no longer afraid of the dentist!!! Thank you to the wonderful staff here!!!!

At my first visit I became very leery of Dr. Gardocki after her and her staff tried to sell me medicated toothpaste for my weak, frail teeth THAT I DO NOT HAVE. I went for a second visit where they attempted to give me a $40 fluoride treatment that is not covered by insurance. Then she got moody when I declined it. I also had four cavities suddenly. Today I went to my new dentist who told me how naturally strong the enamel on my teeth is, never talked about me needing medicated toothpaste or fluoride and let me know that I did have two tiny cavities that need attention. Be careful of the gimmicky song and dance here.

The information provided to me seemed honest and made good sense. I have had the run around with other dentists and the direct honest approach works best for me. I need to trust those caring for me to know what they are talking about, and so far, I trust Advanced Care Dental.

This is the best experience I've ever had with any dentist!!! I have avoided going to the dentist for other work, except cleanings, because of bad childhood dental experiences. Having the sedation and the very caring staff made all the difference!! The staff is wonderful Dr. Gardocki, Laura, Amy and everyone else! Thank you! I highly recommend them!!

I am new to Oregon and was looking for a dental office who offered more than cleanings and fillings. After hearing an ad on the radio I looked up Advanced Care Dental with DDS Gardocki....I am so happy I did....super friendly and knowledgable staff has plan of action in place to get my smile back. Eased my fears from the moment I stepped in the door. I can't believe I am actually looking forward to going to the dentist! Genuine kindness radiates from all of them, schedule your visit asap!
