Dr. Paini and his wife have two adventurous children, a girl who loves horses and a boy who loves cars. In his spare time you can find him at a yoga studio, shooting hoops, or on the golf course working on his swing. And with a name like Paini one cannot mistake his Italian heritage.
Amy Carpenter MBA, RDH began her career in dentistry in 1993! Working as a Dental Assistant for seven years, Amy decided to further pursue her love of dentistry and graduated from Weber State University with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. In 2019 Amy graduated from Colorado State University with aMasters of Business Administration. In Utah, Amy participated on the Utah Dental Hygienists Association Board of Trustees, holding several different offices, including President. Amys drive and passion to further her education is apparent and demonstrated by the manner in which she educates her patients about their oral health using the newest technology and research.
Amy recently relocated to Denver. She joined Advanced Aesthetic Dentistry and has been a wonderful addition to our already fantastic team. Amy is passionate about sharing her knowledgeincluding 15 years of laser experiencewith both patients and staff, always greeting everyone with her warm, mega-watt smile.

Lexi has been in dentistry for 10 years! Her career background in a variety of different offices helps her create a calm, comforting atmosphere for our patients in the dental chair. She takes her time explaining what she is doing as she does it so patients always know what to expect. Lexi is very proud to be a part of the AAD team and loves expanding her abilities with the newest technology.
Cloressa began her dental career in 1996! Over her career, she has worked in Prosthodontic, Orthodontic and General Practice offices. Cloressa has vast experience as an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant as well as with front desk administration. Whether getting patients scheduled, looking into their insurance benefits or assisting with their procedure, helping patients navigate through their dental experience with comfort and peace of mind is truly Cloressas passion!
