Don't go. The only good thing about this dentist is Kelly, his assistant. Not run well at all. Had a bad dental experience.

My dental visit with Christy, for a cleaning was excellent. Christy is very warm and professional. When she finished my cleaning and informed me about some areas of caution about my teeth, she had Dr. Nik examine me. Dr. Nik checked my teeth for the areas of concern and made a few recommendations. I was given another appointment, for some preventive treatment, in the near future. I am very pleased with the entire staff and the cleanliness of the office.

Do not go here if you already don't like the dentist! This place is great if you do not care about building a relationship with a company. Personally, I value a relationship that I have with a company. This was my very first dentist (from childhood) and I never really had a problem. As of recently I have noticed how careless the receptionists are. I missed my appointment because I needed a jump on my car, and received a call 7 minutes after my appointment saying that I was no longer able to be seen. After clarifying my knowledge of what a schedule is, ( I that i knew I missed my appointment) I was still given attitude. I could have KINDLY been notified that I missed my appointment but instead received a nasty call. After I called back when my car was taken care of (20 min later) to reschedule I brought up the attitude that I experienced and was told "I heard her she didn't give you attitude" I turned to a different office due to the lack of respect and understanding of human situations. Never had a problem with my teeth, and I have to found another dental office with nicer receptionists. :) My family and I will now turn our 15 years of business to another office. Thanks for your service Advance Dental.

Amazing dental practice! Super nice and accommodating ,Dr. David is super awesome one of the best dentist I've ever had & A master of his craft . the entire staff is nothing but friendly and polite I would recommend this dental practice to anybody anytime hands-down the best!!!

WOW!!! most kind caring and patient dentist I have EVER encountered !!! was patient through my tough extraction and I felt NOTHING !! His assistant was wonderful and patient as well !! The office staff is very accommodating!! I am a baby and he was very caring to my needs !!

Best dental care in the Tristate area! Not only is Dr. Nik and the older Dr. wonderful, but the staff and hygienists are fabulous. Theresa is very helpful and accommodating, and Gopika is an asset to Advance Dental Care of Vernon.

Just left this place and I am very upset. First ,I can't express how much Dr . Ulanet, and his assistant ,were very compassionate, and very trustworthy, made me feel safe and comfortable. Dr. Ulanet knows his work well and I would highly recommend him. Although , can't recommend this office because from the beginning every visit I went in I was hit with another bill , when I clearly asked each visit if my insurance covered it. I was hit with extra charges that I was not aware of thinking every time I left I was paid up , and clearly was not the case. I should have been told what was covered before the work since that was what I was telling them the whole time. It wasn't until the last visit I was hit with full ex rays that I was told were covered at the apoinment . Then I was hit with a abess draining charge that I was not told about, that I assumed was covered because they didn't tell me that was a separate charge . And I wasn't told that the post was not covered and also a separate charge. Had I been told about these extra charges ,I could of made up my own mind if I could get them being I'm the one paying for it. So, on that, I'm really upset because I finally found a dentist that I actually enjoyed going to , to having to cancel future apoinments and am now having to pay off the balance. And have to find another place because they don't accept payments everything has to be paid upon leaving. So , again, if you want a good Dentist and assistant , but dont care wether they have the billing ,or amount due known and spring procedure amounts you were told were covered, or just wasn't told about at all Dr. Ulanet is great, and couldn't ask for a better assistant .

I'm always "comfortable" there. An unusual word for a dentist visit but true. The staff makes you feel welcome. From cleanings .. thru root canals, always more than satisfied. My entire family goes .. including my mom that lives 2 hours away!
