I have really bad anxiety issues and was scared to go to the dentist this whole time but the whole crew make me feel safe and treat me like their family they end up taking out 2 of my teeth they were patient and wait for me to calm down even help me with relaxing exercises I'm definitely coming back and will recommend them with all my love ones.

Great experience! Haven't been to dentist in years and Najah at the front desk was so nice!! She was very patient and helpful and my dentist Dr. Jones was amazing ! Very personal , very professional and friendly ! Great experience, felt very comfortable, 10/10 recommended

Dr.Jones and the entire staff were very friendly, and professional at my appointment today. They went above and beyond to make me comfortable and worked very efficiently to fix my problem immediately! I will definitely be going back and recommend them to all my friends and family!

Dr Jones has been my dentist for the past 10 years. Not only he is knowledgeable, but he gives outstanding service, Great personality and makes sure his clients gets the service they deserve. Smiles and service are important to him ( me too) and he does both!

I have been a happy patient of Dr. Jones for decades and can say his services are exceptional. The office is clean, staff is always professional and friendly as well as knowledgeable of their assignments. Dr. Jones is the best dentist; extremely patient and very gentle with completing dental procedures. I have had dental implants and he did a great job. I did not have complications and followed all of his steps during the entire healing process. My scheduled visits over the years for all dental procedures have allowed me to maintain good dental results. I will continue scheduling all of my dental appointments with him. I remain confident that he will continue to take care of my teeth I highly recommend Dr. Jones for his professional, expertise in the dental field and concern for his patients. He is a people person. He takes the time to obtain updates on you and explain in details each procedure.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jones since 2015. There was a period of time that I could not come to his office because my employer's dental insurance was not accepted there. But that period really made me appreciate his work and services even more. What makes Dr. Jones stand out from other dentists in the area is not just his professionalism, his positive energy, his patience, but also his honesty. I can always trust Dr. Jones' opinions, because I know for sure he will never recommend or perform any service on me that is not necessary. And that is extremely RARE. His team is very friendly and professional as well, so it has always been a great experience coming in. Overall, I have been a happy patient here and always refer this office to anyone I know. Thank you, Dr. Jones and his team :)

It really pains me to write this review because I've known Dr. Jones since I was a little girl - maybe 6 years old and I have always had a positive experience coming to his office. However, today I am absolutely infuriated at the way that I was treated. I scheduled an appointment last week to be seen today and called back twice to confirm the appointment date and time before I arrived. I arrived 15 minutes early and gave the office a call as they are doing curbside service. The phone went straight to voicemail where I left a message saying that I was here for my appointment. When my appointment time came and went I was under the assumption that maybe they were closed. In my mind, this would be the only reason that nobody was answering the phones. I called again to leave a message asking if I could reschedule as I am a busy veterinary student and carved out time for this appointment. Just as I was about to pull off, I saw someone, presumably a patient, leave through the office front door and asked if he had just seen Dr. Jones. He confirmed that he did. At this point, I could see people through the window in the reception area so I knocked on the door and was ignored. There are two doors attached to the building and the other was propped open. It grabbed my attention because I could hear one of Dr. Jones' assistants having a conversation with someone. When I turned around, I could physically see her standing in the x-ray room. I verbally stated my presence as to not startle her and again knocked on the door. I was once again ignored. I can't even believe I'm writing this because the experience feels so unreal. In the past, I was willing to overlook their historically rude receptionist because of the quality of care I received. However, after their disrespect to me and my time, I don't plan to return to this practice again and encourage you all to look elsewhere for your dental care.

So I pretty much hate dentists! Most of my teeth have fillings from highschool & bc of that I don't like going however i knew i needed to go somewhere for a regular cleaning, I found this through a Groupon deal & I definitely got much more in value than what I paid. I was able to be scheduled very quick (within a week) and Dr. Riccardo Jones was amazing!! He was super informative & educational with the current state of my teeth and things I should consider doing in the future to maintain the health of my teeth. I didn't even know fillings had to be maintained & he made me aware of how clenching my teeth was affecting me. I'm happy I found a doctor that is skilled, knowledgeable, down to earth & caring! I will definitely be back in about a month or two to continue my healthy teeth journey. They gave me a nice gift bag as well. We need more dentists like this!! I think I will no longer avoid my dental visits thanks to Dr. Jones.

Would not recommend. Kept my husband coming back for more and more work with exorbitant charges each time. Performed a root canal that resulted in infection and the crown coming off, and then wanted to charge again to fix the work that he had done. Had to have an emergency root canal done by another dentist who thankfully fixed the damage. Beware.

Lied to on accepting my insurance and still asking me for money. I went on a Saturday (first visit) to have a tooth pulled. They said they accepted my insurance with CareFirst; meaning they accept my insurances allowable amounts. They for some reason, couldn't verify my ins. claiming it was because it was a Saturday; I paid nearly $500 to pull the tooth. Once pulled, they said they were able to verify it (miracle i guess) while I was in the back, but since I already paid, they couldn't refund the money. I was told to come back after it was sent for claim and they would refund what they owed me back. Well guess what, they didn't take my insurance and expected me to pay the remaining amount. You all lied, ignored calls, never returned my voicemails. And still expect payment? I should have read the reviews before going; apparently this has happened alot. All said and done, you should have charged me my insurance's allowable rates, my deductible, and gave me like $20 back. GTFOH
