Dr. Zamani has been practicing general and cosmetic dentistry for over 15 years. A graduate of the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, Dr. Zamani has loved the field of dentistry since his youth. He is committed to better serving the general public and bringing the best of modern dentistry to his patients. After taking over the practice from his predecessor, Dr. Robert Sabatini, who founded the practice in 1966, he opened Advance Dental Care in 2007. Some of Dr. Zamanis patients have been coming to Advance Dental Care Center for over 40 years!
Prior to practicing dentistry, Dr. Zamani worked with the International Red Cross. He is fluent in Turkish and Farsi. Dr. Zamani lives in the Washington, D.C. area with his family and their Shih Tzu-Maltese puppy, Max - who makes friends wherever he goes.

Don't go there, they wanted to charge one dollar for a disposable mask when I visited their office. They didn't tell me there is out of pocket fee until their dentist finish seeing me. They didn't give me treatment at all. And charge me about 300. When I paid by credit card. They didn't inform me there is a transaction fee, and charge it anyway. They are too too too too too too bad. Don't go there.

As a customer for 10+ years, I was reminded today the value of a team that cares. I had an emergency dental need and showed up without an appointment at opening time and, unsurprisingly, they found a way to fit me in and make sure I was good to go before a family vacation. Thanks for the great service!

Dr Zakhour is professional, kind, informative and always explains to me what she is doing and why. The office is clean, the hygienists are friendly, and Ms Lillian at the front desk is always smiling. Best dentist I have been to.

I have been using Dr. zamani for a long time and can't tell you enough about his professionalism and caring attitude. Him and his staff are always trying to work around my schedule and I have never had any problem with them and never regret choosing them. They are very good in what they do and their prices are even better. I recommend them to everybody.

Dr. Zamani and his team are phenomenal. He explained every photo, x-ray, and procedure as he was doing it and took great care with my visit. Dominique and the rest of the staff were wonderful as well -- very helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend Dr. Zamani and the entire practice team!

I can't thank Dr. Zamani and his team enough for their attention, time and quick assistance. Being from out of town...they were immediately available to respond to my dental emergency and able to fix my tooth so I could travel home comfortably. They were extremely kind...thoughtful...and put me completely at ease - when I was definitely unsettled and in pain. You would definitely have a new patient if I was a DC area resident!! Thank you again!

Omg I can't wait to get home before I give this review, I have to do it in my car the moment I leave the office.If I can give 1000 stars I will .Starting from the receptionist Lilian she was so helpful omg I have never had an excellent customer service from a receptionist Dr Amir this lady is a blessing.I am willing to literally empty my bank account here cus u get what you are paying for.I had some dental concerns and I have been shying away from dentist for a year Dr Amir Zamani May God bless you for doing your Job diligently with care and patience.He literally took his time tooth by tooth I am not over exaggerating I feel good I h ave finally found a dentist for life and the lady who did my ex ray and assist Dr to do my cleaning I forgot to ask her name but she was wonderful and gentle .I am so happy I found a dentist .100%recommended and if you get lost finding the place please do not get frustrated it's worth it .I am ready for a new smile will Post the pics once I complete all my treatment. My wife and I have been going to Dr Zamani and his colleagues for several years now, and we've always gotten excellent service and results. We live in DC and could go somewhere closer to our house but keep coming over to Arlington because we're happy with the care we get.

It tells you a lot about their business when they only respond to good reviews, but don't take any responsibility of the bad ones LOL. I did not like any of the staff here besides Dr Justin, I believe that's his name. Dr Zamani made me feel horrible about using an online invisalign company and repeatedly told me I "RUINED" my teeth, but did not give ANY advice about it. Imagine going to your therapist, but they insult you for trying to find ways to deal with your issues instead of giving you advice. I had so many questions but I was not given the time of day. Bad service overall. Thanks for cleaning my teeth, goodbye to wack service! :)

My family and I have been going to this office since my children first had teeth and they have always been nothing but amazing. The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. Every visit is like visiting friends. We always have a great, smooth experience here. We have never experienced anything other than amazing service very quality of customer service with fantastic results. I would (and do) recommend this dental practice to family and friends.

Dr. Ahmadian is one of my favorite dentists that I've ever been to. He and his team are so kind and professional. I've never enjoyed going to the dentist this much and I've never felt so well cared for. I had some problems with my gums so have been going pretty frequently and absolutely every staff person has been wonderful.

This dental office seems to upsell to customers as often as possible. The dentists do good work but the doctor who's name is on the door interacts with clientele in a way that conveys the mentality that the doctor is always correct and doesn't have the time to explain his reasoning to the client. Choose a different dental office. Believe the negative reviews that echo the same sentiment and mention the dentist's name.
