I agree with what many of the other low ratings already stated. This office has very poor customer service. The receptionist and assistants are very rude to the patients. They don't know how to bill your insurance properly and charge the patients way too much money on the side. They don't keep detailed records, so they can't figure out what work they've done on you previously. The dentist does not guarantee the work that she does, so you'll most likely have to go get it fixed properly somewhere else, making your trip(s) there a complete waste of time and money. No matter what time your appointment is, you'll have to wait for hours, because they book multiple patients at the same time, even when they know the dentist can't work on more than one person at a time. Their office hours are minimal, and even though many COVID restrictions have been lifted, they have no intention of increasing their hours. Trust me when I say this...AVOID THIS DENTIST AND DENTAL OFFICE AT ALL COSTS!

Dr. Ohanian really cares for her patients!! She spent so much time answering all my questions and I never felt like I was receiving unnecessary treatments. The office is super clean and they are taking tons of precautions with covid, which I appreciate! The staff especially Ana, is super friendly and caring. Thank you Dr. Ohanian

This dentist office is only open from 9 am to 12 noon , Anna the assistant schedules everyone at 10:30 am so when you go there it's 3 hour wait, Also Anna does not know how to bill the insurance companies that's why they are on black list with dental insurances, don't waste your time with this place.

Just remember you get what you pay for.... All the work this dentist did I've had to have redone. Over $2000 wasted. Thank you
