If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went to the SHCHC eye department and I just want to inform everyone of how badly I was treated by the front desk lady named Jola Serani. The most unprofessional and arrogant person I have ever met! For a front desk agent you would expect someone with enough common sense and customer service skills to know how to communicate properly with their patients, but Miss Jola Serani sure as well does NOT fit this category. I was guided to go to the front desk as I had finished my eye appointment for new eyeglasses. As Jola was asking me questions I could not understand her fully since I am not fluent in English, I speak Albanian, and since I know she's Albanian I spoke Albanian to her asking for help. She arrogantly said, " I will not speak Albanian to you guys, that is not my job". For someone that is bilingual at their job and see their patient struggling, shouldn't they help out? My daughter is a manager at multiple hotels and she was outraged at Jola's behavior as just a front desk agent. Management needs to have a talk with how badly Jola Serani treats her patients. Someone in customer service should not have to get out of her seat, yelling and screaming at her patients trying to "make her point" when she herself is in the wrong. GROW UP and take some customer service skills classes. (Translated by my daughter). Thank you.
