Doctor Pulkrabek was born and raised in Minnesota, until he made Arizona his new home. He likes the outdoors, camping and hiking. As a youth he was an Eagle Scout, the highest award in Boy Scouts. He was also active in sports and became a state competitor in high school wrestling.
Dr. Pulkrabeks undergraduate studies include Biology, Chemistry and Physics at St. Johns University and the University of North Dakota, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree. After graduation in 1992, he attended one of the nations premier dental schools in Minneapolis. He graduated dental school in 1996 and moved to Arizona, where he has been providing excellent care for his dental patients needs.
