Doctor Pulkrabek was born and raised in Minnesota, until he made Arizona his new home. He likes the outdoors, camping and hiking. As a youth he was an Eagle Scout, the highest award in Boy Scouts. He was also active in sports and became a state competitor in high school wrestling.
Dr. Pulkrabeks undergraduate studies include Biology, Chemistry and Physics at St. Johns University and the University of North Dakota, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree. After graduation in 1992, he attended one of the nations premier dental schools in Minneapolis. He graduated dental school in 1996 and moved to Arizona, where he has been providing excellent care for his dental patients needs.

I love this place! They are all friendly, helpful, and affordable. They were able to work with my busy schedule. Deep cleanings are never fun, but Mr. Adrian made sure I was comfortable. I can't wait to see my end results after clear correct!

Being one of those people who is very anxious about going to the dentist I can happily say Dr. Pulkrabek and team are awesome! I felt at ease with them and Dr. Pulkrabek made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. I definitely recommend them!

Repeat reviewer here. Same guy, years later. I have recently learned that Dr Pulkrabek has maintained his level of care, concern, kindness and ability over the years. I have always been anxious about the dentist but in being in his care those fears are easing. I would tell anyone who worries about the dentist to go see him. He and his entire staff are always amazing. I have never been so happy to know I have dental needs. Thank you all for being so wonderful to me and for taking care of me so well!! You're the best!!

Dr. Pulkrabek is fantastic, my wife and I have been going to him for a little over a year and we have been very satisfied with every visit to his office. Staff is friendly, beautiful office, and great clinical team as well. One of my favorite parts of visit is how he explains what is going on and provides tips to keep your teeth healthy and prevent future isssues. I have also had complex procedures such as a crown and he did a fantastic job. I have been so pleased I have recommended some of my coworkers to him as well. Visit him for your dental needs you will not be disappointed!

super awesome friendly staff! i had my wisdom teeth extracted, dr pulkrabek & lourdes did an amazing job & it was done really quick & my recovery was a breeze. olivia at the front desk is so sweet i love her! overall just a really nice environment. definitely recommend!!

Thank you to Dr. Pulkrabek and staff for relieving my pain and discomfort due to an infected tooth. I have a bad history of dental health, and Dr. Pulkrabek and staff were very understanding and non judgemental. I look forward to getting all my dental work completed at this friendly office!

I require extensive dental work and Dr. Pulkrabek has overseen the process with genuine concern. The staff is always pleasant and accommodating. I will be having my daughter join his practice as a patient now.

I've been a patient of Dr. Pulkrabek for quite some time and he and the staff has always been friendly, understanding, and never speak down to you. You can tell everyone there is passionate about what they do and helping patients achieve/maintain their oral health goals. In an emergency, Dr. Pulkrabek and his team are accommodating and will work with you to get seen asap. Even after I lapsed in my regular cleanings, Dr. Pulkrabek still remembered who I was.
