Dr. Adrian grew up in Bountiful attending Viewmont, U of U and UOP Dental. He tries to keep up with his wife and daughter, a SLCC Volleyball player. Go Bruins! Adrian has been in love with his bicycle(s) since age 15. He also likes to ski, hike, boat, read, keep bees and picks up another hobby almost yearly.
Dr. Brian C Drake recently joined our practice. He received his Bachelors degree in zoology from BYU. He received his doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA. He graduated with honors and is a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Honor Society. Dr Drake is a member of the American Dental Association and the Utah Dental Association. He is the father of five children and has twelve grandchildren. He loves family activities of all sorts, landscape photography, golf, nature and the outdoors, reading, and likes to keep learning.
Allison has been with Dr. Adrian for 20 years, first as an assistant and now as a hygienist. She saved her brothers when she donated bone marrow as a child, she was even featured on a TV show she doesnt want anyone to know about. Her adorable dog, Gabby, occasionally decides to hang out at the office.
Leslie has been with Dr Adrian since 2001. She has so much info in her brain about insurance, finances, and managing Adrian, were worried she may pop a fuse. She grew up in Bountiful and enjoys being off the grid in the mountains. She has a Boxer, two 2 legged children, and three granddaughtersoh and a husband.
Keith has been with Dr Adrian since 1996! He is a rare hygienist who believes cleanings shouldnt hurt. He is a Tooele country family man with two beautiful grown daughters. He is a classic Volkswagen fanatic with an ever changing stable of cars and buses.
Kami was with our office before she had children, with all the kids in school she wanted to get back to work. She was so impressively efficient that we offered her a job, now shes back and were happy to have her at the front desk. She has three children and a dog
Denise is originally from Philadelphia. Shes been Dr. Drakes hygienist for a long time and has practiced as a hygienist for even longer. She is trying to squeeze in as many work days as she can while she travels to entertain her semi-retired husband. She has a beautiful daughter (but no dog since she loved her last one too much!).

Dr. Adrian retired which was saddening. I love dr. Vargo he is an excellent dentist, and so is his assistant. I just had a new bridge put in and a couple teeth pulled. Quit spendy but oh so worth it! They make sure you are super comfortable. I will say the women doctor she is about money and not the patient. She filled a cavity I had a few weeks ago but had a very hard heart, and could tell she didn't really care. Also she filled a cavity that she assumed was there with no X-ray. I am guessing she could just see it. I only wish to see dr. Vargo now when he's there. I don't care for her at all. If I can't see him on my cleanings sadly be going somewhere else. The 5 star is for dr. Vargo and staff

Dr. Adrian retired and sold his business earlier this year. We loved Dr.Adrian. Unfortunately, we had a horrible experience with the new dentist Dr.Ting Ruan. She focused more on money than patient care. It's not about what the patient needs; it's about how much money she can bring to the Business. We are very disappointed .

I have been afraid of the dentist for years now. Adrian Vande Merwe and all the employees at the office were wonderful! I am no longer afraid of the dentist and that is saying a lot!! They are so friendly and do great dental work!! Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist!

I made an appointment as a new patient to get a crown done. I waited for Dr Vande Merwe (he came highly recommended by friends) for 15 min in the chair. When he came in, he didn't address me and just started talking to the assistant. He looked in my mouth once, said something I didn't understand to the assistant, and then walked out. She said, "Ok it looks like you'll have to come back in a couple weeks. We don't have the right equipment." The doctor never even spoke to me. I came in for a very routine procedure and he didn't even feel the need to explain to me what was going on, and just walked out. I have a busy work schedule and had rearranged meetings to make that appt. Then without any explanation, he expected me to do the same thing two weeks later. I told them I would not like to make another appointment with them after being treated so unprofessionally. This was a huge waste of my time. I made an appt with a different dentist and was treated the next day.

Allison, my hygienist, was very careful with my sensitive teeth and did a great job giving me options to make me feel comfortable. Dr Adrian took time to explain things fully. He was professional yet caring.

Terrible customer service. They made an appt on my behalf without my permission, then charged me for missing it. I won't coming back here.

The staff here is amazing. I can't say enough good things about this place. I just left my first visit and couldn't be happier. I'm really glad I found this place. Great service, awesome people.

It was my first visit but it's the best first visit I've had. Dr. Adrian seems like he really knows what he is doing and is quick but effective in treatments which I appreciate. All my interactions with staff were highly impressive!

I was very nervous about going into the dentist (big surprise lol) after about 4 years, while also worrying about being mistreated as a queer alternative person. I was VERY happy about how friendly and open the staff was! Highly recommend this place

I've been going to Dr. Adrian for about a year now. The office is always very efficient, and I feel he does what's best for me! It is a great place to have your dental work done.
