Dr. Costanza earned his B.S. degree from Boston College. He graduated from Loyola Dental School (Chicago), where he earned a D.D.S. degree. He then served two years in the United States Air Force Dental Corps. The following 13 years were spent in the private practice of General Dentistry. He then attended Tufts Dental School to be awarded his certification in Orthodontics and has been in private practice since then.
Dr. Costanza is a member of the Massachusetts Dental Society, North Metropolitan District Dental Society, American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, and the North East Society of Orthodontists.
