I originally called this dentist and was very happy with how quickly they were able to get in - We had a few good appointments - myself and my toddler son - I later made appointments for my husband to visit. The longer we stayed with the office, we noticed the front office staff was not friendly - I needed to reschedule an appt and I called from my work office phone (landline) and no one picked up for over a week - voicemailbox was always full - when someone finally answered, she told me that they hadn't been picking up my calls because they were told not to answer calls that looked like "telemarketing." (Sorry! That's the only phone I have to call you from so....?! No one else has told me that the numbers comes through as a telemarketer.) When I asked to reschedule she told me that they had rearranged the whole morning for my appointment and seemed annoyed by it.... 1. Figure out how to run an office schedule in a way that you don't have to rearrange a schedule if that is going to be a problem. 2. Answer the phone a week previously when I first started calling. 3. ASK ME when you schedule the appt if that date/time will work for me. They handed me a card and shuffled me out the door, without asking me about my next schedule. Now I have appointments scheduled for my family in August and today I received a text message telling me that "due to you needing to come in every 3 months to maintain the deep cleaning you had done we would need to schedule you an appointment in June. If failed to do so, you would have to continue your treatment elsewhere." No worries! I'll be going elsewhere. I called the office (twice in a row because they didn't pick up the first time I called - Surprise!) and I canceled all of our appointments. I pay out of pocket for these appointments. They aren't cheap. I will take my hard-earned cash elsewhere, per your request. Have a great day. The hygienist that we had there was good, but she also left earlier in the year, so I don't even have her as a reason to stay. I spoke with a staff member at the front desk and let her know my frustrations. I canceled everything. Do not recommend.

Came in as an emergency appointment for excruciating pain and dark tooth, they told me to keep using toothpaste for sensitive teeth and that nothing was wrong. Went somewhere else and turns out my tooth was cracked from trauma and dying, needed a root canal. These people are inept, I would never trust the care of my child's teeth to them. Or anyone's for that matter. Edit: Adorable Smiles - I see you have responded to me with lies and inaccuracies. You did not diagnose the thing I came in for, but did tell me I had multiple cavities that didn't actually exist according to another dentist (who ACTUALLY helped me with my excruciating pain). If your records "indicate" otherwise, it is because you have doctored them after reading my review. I was told by your "very smart, multiple degree, so so smart" dentist that I just have sensitive teeth, nothing is wrong, use sensitive teeth toothpaste. The other dentist I went to took a look and said the crack was obvious and very bad and that I must be in a lot of pain, which I was. So use your critical thinking skills for a moment and ask yourself why I have not come back - it isn't because you provided me with "excellent care" with your team of smart, smart, multiple degree holding nurse/doctor/therapist/social workers. It is because your staff was unable to identify the problem and help me, so why would I trust you guys in the future for anything pertaining to my teeth? Had I listened to the advice given by your dentist, I might not have my front tooth anymore. That's very serious. You should be chastised, not defending yourself. Own up and grow from your mistakes. And by the way, who cares when you fit me in? It doesn't change how the appointment went. I had multiple other options, I went with you guys because you seemed to have good reviews. That is why I am leaving a truthful one here, no one should receive this type of awful care. I did not call you because what is there to say to you? I would tell you exactly what I have written, and there is nothing you guys could do to fix this situation. So maybe in the future if you care about your patients the way you say you do, you will take them more seriously and improve your ability to diagnose and treat them because right now it is hard to believe your dentist even holds a degree.

With having 6 children I've been through a lot of dentists! This is by far the best dentist I've ever been too especially for children!! Flat screens on the ceiling with Netflix and Disney plus really helps the kids get through their procedures!!!

My son had anxiety from seeing the laughing gas mask while trying to get his fillings at Worcester County Dental in Berlin, so the doctor refused to treat him as he doesn't want to deal with calming down a kid. They recommended us to keep coming for cleaning and exam to them, but to find a pediatric office for other work. So I called Adorable smiles as they have wonderful reviews on Google and our pediatrician recommended them. After I explained our situation, the lady on the phone refused to schedule an appointment, with following reasoning: "If he was crying at that office, he will cry at ours too". What does that suppose to mean? Let his teeth rot to hell because dentists in this area only treat kids with no fears? My son has been treated for cancer for the last 3 years and is taking most of medical procedures just fine, no fuss, no crying, no wiggling, but he has fear of anesthesia due to having it done over 20 times. Chemo damaged his teeth, had no dental problems before cancer. Yet apparently no one wants to treat him, only healthy fearless kids allowed, right Adorable smiles?

All my fillings from here fell out.. took my son and they said he was fine. Took him to another dentist where he needed teeth pulled and fillings... NOT going back Update: apparently if you leave a negative review of your honest experience they want to call or text you blaming you for their mistakes. Yeah dont go here. When the gentleman called me I was at work with a customer which I clearly told him "I'm at work right now" I paid out of pocket for a handful of fillings that all fell out so yes I'm mad you costed me alot of time and money to fix a problem that wasnt really fixed. I told her days after my fillings they still hurt. If I needed root canals instead that should have been said before doing the fillings I was never offered work at no cost when they fell out like you claim I was told I'd have to pay again.

Excellent experience with our kids. They had TVs on the ceiling! They put whatever the kids asked to watch to make them comfortable and happy. Dr. Amo-Mensah is a great dentist. Staff is polite. Very well managed. We will be coming back for our own dental needs as well. My four year old said "Esther aunty is a good dentist and I did not get scared there." Highly recommend for all your family dental needs.

While I was in town, I took my niece and nephew to their dental appointment. I was very impressed with the care she provided my niece and nephew. The entire staff was extremely friendly and professional. I am pleased my sister trusted such a caring and knowledgeable Doctor to care for her children's dental health. I highly recommend this office for your dental health needs!!

This has been me and my son's dental home for about 2 years, I love the dentists!!!! HOWEVER the front office staff needs to be replaced!!!! My last cleaning was may/June of 2020, towards the end of the year I had another scheduled cleaning. Once I got to the office (you had to sit in your vehicle and call due to Covid) they told me I was no where on the schedule (while I was holding the appointment card in my hand). Okay I brush it off may have been an honest mistake and take the next they have available...3/25/21. I get to the office and when I call I was told "we're so sorry we had to cancel your appointment due to a reduced number of patients we're allowed to see a day " I told her I never received a call and she said she was so sorry they must have forgotten to. For 1 i have braces and my orthodontist expressed how important it was for me to maintain regular dentist visit. I was told I would not be able to come in until August 3rd, that's disgusting!!! So 1 cleaning per year huh!? 2. It's okay to just inconvenience someone who came all the way to the office ON TIME because of your mistake!? 3. They did not even try to fix the problem by offering me another slot later that week or the next....sent me straight out to August. Unfortunately I'm moving my son and I to another practice because they won't get me a 3rd time with their unprofessional front office staff; and it's a shame because my son really loves coming here. Again the PROFESSIONALS IN THE BACK there are great!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! The most professional and kind staff I have ever encountered in a medical office. WOW. Every time I come here I am super impressed with how they put the patients first. I know how frustrating it can be to watch your kids be treated like another number at a doctors office and have a bad experience. Especially at a dentist. It can be awful at times. But Lianna and Dr. Esther made my little girl feel so comfortable and safe that a tooth extraction felt like a play date for her. Had her favorite show on Netflix and explained the process in a way a kid can understand. A tooth extraction in and out in under an hour??? So awesome. Clean, welcoming and calming environment. I'll keep coming back!! Definitely found a long-term dentist for my girl. Keep up the great work!
