Dr. Musal has been treating young children and adolescents for more than 20 years. He is proud to have earned the trust of thousands of patients and parents throughout Muncie and the surrounding areas.
Dr. Musal received his dental degree from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 1996. Following graduation he spent four years as an officer and general dentist in the U.S. Naval Dental Corps, in Yokosuka, Japan. While caring for the family members of our active duty personnel, he fell in love with pediatric dentistry. After leaving the Navy he completed a two year pediatric dental residency at the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center in Lexington. When that specialty training was completed in 2002 he moved with his family to Muncie, and has been a member of our community ever since.
Dr. Musal has been married for 25 years and has two grown daughters. His interests include history, art, reading, sports, and time outdoors. He is a past President of the Board of Directors of the Muncie Children's Museum.

After losing our amazing dentist of 6 years my 3 kids were referred here. They were extremely nervous (as always) but so far they've been here twice. Our first time here, we were very out of place. I will update the more we go.

This dentist office is the absolute worst, my daughter age 5 has been coming here for 2 years and every single cap they have given her has fallen out within weeks after getting them.

I don't usually write reviews but I can honestly say I couldn't ask for a better dentist for my kids! My middle child had a dental abscess that swelled up one side of his face like a balloon. This happened on a Saturday morning, we used their on call service to page Dr. Musal and he got back to us immediately. We ended up going in at 9pm that Saturday night and Dr. Musal did an emergency extraction. Dr. Musal also called hourly to see if the swelling had gotten worse and called for the next few days after the extraction to check on my child. You can tell he truly cares about your child and will go above and beyond for his patients care!

i've gone there since i was 2 years old to get my cleanings, i had a good experience there until i started getting older. around the age of 7-8 i went in to get a filling, and at that age i was terrified of needles and when they went to get me numb, i would squirm and flinch. but instead of handling it reasonably they had most of the nurses in there pinning me down in the chair and one even holding my mouth open(Never told my mother anything) every time after that that i went to go in there even to get a cleaning, i would scream and cry before going in there. they pulled the last straw when my mother had driven me an hour to get there and as we pull into the parking lot we get a call from them to inform us that we're 2 minutes late and that our appointment was canceled. my mom walked in and told them to pull my records. we've been going to Dr. Daniel in Richmond at Stultz dentistry. would not recommend you take your kids and especially not your teens. they only care about your money, not the satisfaction of your kids. wish i could give negative reviews.

My son was seen as a new patient for a dental emergency. The staff was great! They worked us in and calmed this panicked mom. They were great at keeping big sister occupied while I talked with the doctor as well.

I had to take my 7 year old daughter here for an emergency this morning and they were absolutely wonderful! They got us in immediately & worked us into the schedule which was just amazing (after calling 4 other offices who couldn't see us for weeks/months), and they explained everything in detail which put both my daughter and I at ease. The staff was excellent; the dental assistants were so sweet and professional and even found my daughter the exact princess stickers she requested, and the dentist was quick, professional and thorough. All in all it was a very positive dental experience for my anxious kid and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new dentist for their children!
