I generally have fear and anxiety going to any dentist. I recently moved to CT from NYC, so I was looking for a dentist that could finish a root canal that was already started. I've recently had a few bad experience in NY and was looking for a dentist with great reviews. This place was clean. Carah was very helpful in answering all my questions and setting me up with Dr. Abbood. Upon my visit, he was great and made sure I was numb before my procedure. His dental assistant Alondra was excellent and she always made sure I was comfortable, in fact shes the kindest dental assistant I've ever experienced. Alondra was very sweet and helpful in getting me through my fears, and that's important to patients that have bad anxiety, because you can tell she genuinely cares, which is rare! I paid for my procedure out of pocket and it wasnt that bad, it's affordable compared to a few other places. They also have a TV in the dental chair with Netflix, YouTube, or music. If you call here and they don't answer, don't get discouraged. Just go in and make your next appointment like I did, you don't have to wait long for one either. I really appreciate a good dental office with excellent staff and I'm glad I found this place.

This dentist office was amazing! Dr.J and his Hygesnist are fabulous. Also, the dental assistants were so friendly. If you have neglected your teeth this is the place to go!

I loved EVERYTHING about admire dental. From booking my appointment over the phone to the moment i stepped in! Alondra the DA was so kind and caring and kept great conversation while we waited for Dr J to come in an take care of me! Dr J was efficient and quick! I will be recommending this place to everyone!

Took my son there to get his wisdom tooth pulled and in less than 5 minutes the whole procedure was done. I was blown away! Amazing dentist and great assistant. Definitely will be coming back for all dental needs... Really awesome staff as well.

I have family members who go to this office & I haven't heard nothing but good things about this place. Staff is friendly , they always tell me about Ms. Alondra , Ms. Kimberly & Ms. Yanaira. If I'm ever in that area & need dental care I know that's where I would go!

Very clean, they were able to accommodate me. Everyone was extremely polite but Alondra was amazing! She made me feel at ease and comfortable through out my entire visit. Will be coming here for any future visits.

I was a new patient at this location and wow I can't believe them!! First off my first appointment I was numbed up for nothing! They didn't even check to make sure the work I needed was covered. They were supposed to send over a prior authorization a month ago, we have called 4 times now and each time they said they would send it. I have called insurance 4 times as of today 6/2/2022 still no prior authorization sent a month later!! Ridiculous!! Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Unprofessional appointment verification system. Received text at 11 pm on a weekday. Could not verify appt through the text system. Called the office they had nothing in the system

Called the office and explained I was in pain and looking for treatment for a root canal ASAP. I was told to come in and someone could help me with this and provide a consult. I expressed that if the consult required a root canal was their someone there who could do the procedure and was told yes. Of course after sitting down and being X-rayed... there was no one who could perform the procedure. I left still in pain after they told me this council was covered by insurance... I later got a call telling me I was being billed $69...... Go anywhere else but here!!!!

Very clean place, dentist and nurses were great Made me feel comfortable ,explained the entire procedure and made sure to ask me how I was feeling through the entire process. Throughly explained the discharge procedures:do's and don't . Scheduled me for my next appointment before leaving and reassured me I can call or come back if anything, I really appreciate all their hard work and effort

Worst front desk/receptionist is provided by Admire Dental. They always have a scheduled issue. They have called me to cancel my visit 15 minutes prior to schedule time that was Rescheduled by their request. Front desk definitely do not communicate with each other. Staff has called me to reschedule because of new time changes of office, confirmed new date and time. Second call with in an hour by the other receptionist to re-reschedule to show up and be told I am not scheduled at all. And making me feel like an inconvenience over their incompetence.

The staff is very friendly and not judgmental. I had an appointment and ran into an issue and needed it addressed sooner, they stayed late and got me in that day to relieve my pain. I'm not trying to make any unnecessary trips to the dentist, but I know when I do have to go that I am going to a good one.
