After sitting on the phone with them twice and not getting anywhere,we just showed up and the ladies at the desk were rude and didn't help,my front tooth is chipped in half and I had previously got it fixed there and since the lady that did it isn't there anymore they can't help even after them saying to come back if any problems and we said it's a emergency and we will pay anything. And I have the two best insurance...this place sucks

Oh my goodness!!! The absolute best dental experience I have ever had! The staff are amazing, competent, courteous, and professional. Brandy is the bomb! Kim did my cleaning today; I explained to her that I have sensitivity issues and she offered to give me local and topical anesthesia. At 53 years of age, this is the best cleaning experience that I have ever had.

I'm picky about my stars. I rarely give a 4 or 5. This would be a 3+ experience I had there in early June. Years back, I had services with Dr. Kermit Adkins, was thrilled, but moved elsewhere when my career change included insurance changes. My newer coverage didn't list Adkins in network, so a work colleague sent me to her dentist. I should not have listened! Recently, I decided to return, regardless of insurance. Dr. K.A. retired, but younger Dr. Adkins was gracious, professional, quickly handled my needs, and I was on my way. Be sure to check out with Ms. Jackie, because she's just a charm to deal with and will help with all the paperwork.

Love this dentist! My crowns were not the correct size so the dentist made sure they were sent back and new ones were made. My temporary ones look AMAZING. No one knows the difference. Thank you for making sure I am happy with my smile!

Staff is nice, but they will not work with you if you don't have insurance. I informed them I would be paying out of pocket and I was charged $1800 for a crown and a cavity filling. Each time I went up there I was told the procedure would be a certain price then ended up paying hundreds more than I anticipated. Dr. Adkins used to work with his patients to cut costs where he can but the staff doesn't care to help anyone out anymore. I won't be going back.

Tried to get my husband in to see about a tooth that's causing pain. I sent a request for an appointment through their website, and never heard from them. I called a week and a half after I sent the request, and the receptionist politely told me that they don't use that portion of their website. I then asked about an appointment, and she said it would be August. I told her I was hoping to get home seen soon, hopefully for a quick extraction, then we could deal with other issues. She said they would not be able to help. Who builds a website for their business to not use it? They are good dentists, I have seen them personally before, but this was just a little ridiculous!
