Office staff is always friendly. Dr Is great. Two have trouble with retainers. Overall, I would say they are worth using!

The staff is friendly and professional. My braces adjustment appointments are quick and don't interrupt my day. I required one "emergency" appointment so far after my bottom brackets were put on, and they were able to fit me in on the same day to fix my concern. I highly recommend this business and Dr. Copeland. I've shared my pleasant experience with all of my friends interested in braces.

Nice staff. Very friendly. They were really welcoming! The process for braces was very quick and easy. My wire was sharp, I came in the next day and they cut it, not problem. Definitely recommend them!

Just moved here. My permanent retainer broke off a couple teeth over the weekend. Walked in, they fixed it same visit. And I got a cool pair of limited edition Monsters inc. Blue sunglasses. I don't think my visit could have gone any better. Also the dentist and staff are all beautiful people, you'll see.

It was my first visit there and they treated me so nicely for me being there for the first get to know appointment and Leah was so helpful and giving me instructions to go through the progress with Invisalign.

My oldest son recommended Adirondack orthodontist last year for my youngest son. We went for an initial appointment but then got caught up in so many different things. Thankfully Nina who is dedicated to Adirondack contacted us several times to remind us. Yesterday we made our appointment to order his Invisalign and he couldn't be happier. The staff was wonderful. We didn't have to do a thing. I provided them with the name of my insurance company and they did all the work. It was painless and easy and also unexpectedly affordable. Highly recommended

Clean and inviting office, I was welcomed right away by reception staff. Soon after I had my consult with Chris for Invisalign. He was super professional and quite chill. Great attitude and very thorough. Staff in the back were great too, shoutouts to Tak, Melissa, and Gaitrie, wonderful and hilarious people. Dr.Copeland was awesome too in advising me about my teeth. Overall, the entire process start to finish was very easy, the prices were affordable compared to other places, So i'm happy about that. 5 stars :)

If you're looking for an orthodontist for anyone, any age- Adirondack Orthodontics is the place to go! It's always a pleasure coming in to see Dr. Copeland and all of the kind staff they have at Adirondack Orthodontics! The staff is phenomenal, efficient and professional. I'm always in and out pretty quickly for my appointments with less than a 5 minute wait in the waiting room. They've always squeezed me in really quickly for any broken appliances too- within 48 hours of calling, if not less! I can't say enough good things about the office and staff, not to mention the tremendous changes I've seen in my teeth. I'm due to get my braces off in a week now and the confidence Adirondack Orthodontics has given me is something I'll never be able to express, but I am truly grateful for their care.

We had a great experience with our consultation. My son was reserved and nervous going in to the visit, but the staff made him very comfortable, they were very accommodating. I would recommend this group if you're in the market for Orthodontic treatment; don't wait; you will not be disappointed!
